Pros:

Clean and business-friendly atmosphere. Room was ready when it was promised. Parking was standard.

Cons:

The breakfast was paid for in advance, and included in the amount charged to my card, as I expected. However, the salesman that I booked the room for, the guest that was on the property, stated the person at the front desk told him he had to pay for breakfast and it was not included. The price was more because I paid for the breakfast and it was noted in my confirmation that "Breakfast is Included" yet it was completely overlooked by the front desk personnel when the guest asked about it. I want a refund for that portion of the bill.

The light operations were very confusing. Room design was in my case wasted space. I appreciate the upgrade but too much vacant space is as poor as crowded.
