Worst pet friendly experience I’ve had anywhere.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

Do not stay here if you have pets! The pet fees are not listed on the booking site, nor are they mentioned when you check in, and the stay with my two well-behaved dogs cost me more than the room itself. While I understand there is extra cleaning when a dog stays in a room, there is not twice as much cleaning when there are two dogs in a room. On top of that, this location has absolutely no decent place to take a dog out for a walk. The entire landscape is covered in gravel, which is uncomfortable for dogs under the best of circumstances and terrible for them when it’s 95° or hotter. The only grassy spot is in either a deserted lot behind the hotel or in a sketchy apartment complex across the street.

Pros:

Room was clean, location not great, staff mostly rude, pool was clean if a tad smaller than pictured. Breakfast selection was abysmal. Bed was hard as a rock.

Nice, clean and quiet! Perfect after a long drive.
Pros:

The place was pristine, beds were clean and cozy, and breakfast had a homemade version twist.
My nephew forgot few items and Cindy helped to get them back asap. Thanks

Pros:

Charging $3+ for parking? You guys (Hilton) are pathetic. How do you know I didn't take a cab or Uber from the airport? This one act makes you look desperate, cheap, and nitpicky. Would you be so kind as to tolerate a nitpicky review on TripAdvisor?

The parking was not secure. The location was close to a busy highway. The atmosphere was similar to an emergency room lobby. Bright LED lights and white tile in the lobby could throw satellites off course. The rooms had the absolute minimum and nothing more. The doorframe to the room was bent, so light from the hallway made for a great nightlight. The bedding was old and shredding from years of neglect. The toilet was, at best, 15 inches off the ground, ideal for children but not for adults. The morning coffee was burnt, and the creamer was that fake stuff which is banned in Europe but not in the US. We didn't eat the fake food, which is the Hilton-standard breakfast. But, other than that, it was an ok stay. We used points for a free stay, and we still feel like we were bamboozled. Incredible.

Great time in Midland, TX at the Hampton Inn
Pros:

Great location. Nice and cool inside despite the heat outside. Room was relaxing and comfortable. The gym had the Peloton so I was able to knock out some rides. The staff had to be the most friendliest staff I’ve come across in a long time.

Pros:

The room was extremely clean and smelled fresh! The Hotel is very well maintained and as a Hilton Honors Member, I would definitely stay there again.

Hampton Inn Midland TX
Pros:

Beautiful spacious and clean room. I had a wonderful sized TV and was even able to do my laundry. The bed was so comfortable I fell asleep instantly.

Easy off on IH20.
Pros:

Nice stop while traveling through. Comfy beds and seating. Low traffic noise, if any. Convenient to restaurants. Only 4 stars because IH20 is under unbearable construction.
