Pros:

The room was nice but the air did not stay consistent, it would cool down then turn off and get really hot we kept having to turn down the temperature to keep the room cool.

Wonderful! We stayed there twice and would stay
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Eggs were very tasty. Breakfast area was clean and cheerful.

Cons:

We had a very, very loud lady next door who was angry with someone, cursing them between 10pm and 2pm. We should have called the front desk whom I am sure would have helped us, so our fault. Not the fault of the hotel at all.

Rowdy new staff
Pros:

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times when I’m in town visiting family. This is my preferred hotel for the location, friendly staff and a very convenient breakfast/coffee area. Sadly, this past stay was not quite pleasant. There is definitely new staff/employees and they were not so pleasant. Before I could exit the elevator, I could hear the very loud conversation from the breakfast area. I assumed it was a big family but nope. It was staff sitting near the breakfast area being extremely loud and obnoxious. This made my morning breakfast a very unpleasant one. I figured everyone was just excited because of the weather and snow so no big deal. But the next day, the same thing. I’m sure there is a staff break room these employees can gather and get together to be as loud as they would like with out disturbing guests. I’m pretty sure if I would have been staying on the 1st floor this would have bugged the hell out of me due to how loud they were. Besides this avoidable inconvenience, the stay was good. The front desk clerks were very friendly, welcoming and polite. The breakfast lady is one of my favorites! She’s always so cheerful, accommodating, attentive and sweet.

I stay here when I come for business. It good and comfortable and I love it has EV charger.

Good stay-terrible breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is very good. The room was great and the bed wonderful. Easy to get to from I-20. The breakfast is not up to that standard, though. The cooked food was disgusting, the waffle mix too thin to use and the coffee lukewarm. You must do better with the breakfast.

Hampton Great Service
Pros:

Had an issue with original hotel that was booked by Choice Hotels that was not in operation and the Hampton Inn was there for myself,friend and my pet. Very sympathetic and helpful. Thumbs up!
