The room was spacious and beautiful. The kitchen was set up nicely with silverware and a nice big refrigerator freezer. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast was a real, full featured breakfast, We would definitely stay here again.

Staff is amazing with amazing customer service. Wish they could have bath tub instead of walking bathroom. I felt shuttle service time was a bit early and no shuttle for Universal.

Lynn Paradiso at the front desk was very friendly, professional and a hardworker. She made our vacation enjoyable. She should be employee of the month. The shower water pressure was great, nice, very clean. Nice kitchenette, very clean, big refrigerator.

Pros:

Great hotel, we stayed for 1 week and our stay was wonderful. We visited Universal Studios for 3 days and we loved it. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the slide. There’s a Target closed by and a few restaurants to choose from. We will definitely be staying again when we visit Orlando

Place is beautiful I like the kitchen it’s feels like homey …
But what I don’t like they don’t in the website like here in Expedia or when you checked in that you’ll be charged for parking ..
Normally parking is free when you are already a guest in the hotel
