Beautiful hotel the lady on reception very helpful I think her name was Ladybird. Nice area with lovely shops and restaurants

Pros:

They gave us a refund after giving our rooms away. We got to drive 6 hours to receive a phone call that our rooms that were booked well in advance, were no longer available.

Cons:

They did not honor our reservation and we had to find alternate accommodations.

1 Night Stay that we booked based on proximity to an event venue a few minutes away!!
Pros:

The complimentary hot breakfast was great! The indoor pool was definitely a plus!
Room (King bed suite) was very spacious!
The staff was very nice & attentive!
The body lotion by the sink was a nice perk!

Cons:

I wish there had been conditioner in the shower. There was only shampoo and body gel. There should always be conditioner!
