Uncomfortable
Pros:

Staff was great and helpful

Cons:

Beds are very hard. Pillows are horrible. Temperatures are restricted on thermostat. My friend and I both are hot blooded and I have hot flashes. Neither of us slept well due to discomfort.

Pros:

The bed was really comfy. I asked for a quiet room and it was on the first floor it wasn't really quiet as close to the door. The refrigerator made like a banging noise every now and then. But the room itself was very clean

Pros:

In the midst of a blizzard the hotel kept the parking lot and sidewalks clear. Rooms were warm and welcoming. Very nice staff. Perfect place for visiting pets. Nice breakfast. Quiet

It was great and my son rate the hotel as 4-star hotel 😃😆
Pros:

Very clean. Staffs are friendly. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom is super clean. Coffee in the lobby 24hrs which is great for me. Parking is very close to the entrance door which is amazing if you have kids and baby.

Cons:

Breakfast serves from 6am to 9am which is too early for me.

Will definitely go back to home 2 suites. Tru, never.

Will never book a room at Tru.

Definitely looked much more spacious in pics.
Room was very claustrophobic.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. we liked the dispensers in the bathroom, as opposed to other hotels having those wasteful little bottles and bars of soap
