Pros:

Alle "wichtigen" Dinge waren zum Frühstück vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider war ein Cocktail an der Bar nicht möglich, da die Eismaschine kaputt war.

Pretty much everything, except...

Cons:

...the washing machines and dryers in the lobby, which are very unintuitive to use, located right in the middle (so dozens of people watch you shoving your dirty socks inside), are not provided with washing powder, take quite some time to wash/dry, and don't really do a stellar job (we had to finish drying our things in the room).

Good pet friendly hotel
Pros:

1) Pet friendly apartments
2) We stayed in a superior studio and it was large with plenty of space. It had a Kitchenette with cutlery, tap and basin and a microwave.
3) Convenient basement parking with direct access to lifts
4) Quiet and easy going hotel well placed within city limits.

Cons:

1) Breakfast needs improving, burnt scrambled eggs and toast isn't good enough.
2) The gym and washing machines at the entrance next to the reception might not be the best placement for those, regardless of the concept.
3) The air-conditioning in the room wasn't enough to cool down the room so we had to sleep with windows open.

Pros:

Comfortable, clean rooms. Easy check in. Excellent breakfast. Easy to park on street for free. Close to bus stop.

Cons:

The only thing I would add is an extra pillow for each bed. Other than that this hotel was wonderful.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

I would rate the accommodation overall positively. It is easily accessible, and parking is available both outside and in an underground garage (which is subject to a fee). The staff is friendly, and you can communicate in English as well.

We chose a room with a kitchenette, which was fully equipped — glasses, plates, cookware, and cutlery were all provided. It is also possible to stay with a dog, with a fee of €10 per night. The breakfast was good too.

The metro is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to get to the city center.

Cons:

The only downside is the poorly designed bathroom. The shower is not enclosed, and the toilet is located directly opposite it, so everything gets wet when you take a shower.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in München sehr gut geeignet.
Pros:

Das Studio hatte alles was man braucht, auch Selbstversorgung wäre möglich gewesen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.
Die Parkgebühren lagen pro Tag bei 12 €, dafür stand das Fahrzeug geschützt in einem Innenhof.

Cons:

Alles okay.
