Pros:

Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt an der Straße. 10min Fußweg bis zur U-Bahn Station “Am Mosfeld”.
Gutes Frühstück.

Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut. Der Preis ist günstig und dafür bekommt man viel geboten. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet, sauber und außerdem sehr komfortabel. Man fühlt sich dort wirklich wohl.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück, da die Auswahl leider etwas begrenzt war. Hier könnte das Hotel noch etwas mehr Vielfalt anbieten.

There was constant outdoor air coming in via recuperation system. In winter can be felt, it's pretty chilling in the bathroom.

PERFETTO PER MESSE MUNCHEN
Pros:

Monolocale spazioso e pulito. Arredi nuovi e di design. Tutto sfruttato al meglio!
Anche il bagno molto grande e con la doccia perfettamente funzionante.
Il letto era molto comodo. Utile la smart tv.
Utilissimi l'uso del frigo e del microonde (alla reception hanno anche dei piatti pronti da potersi riscaldare).

Posizione vicinissima alla fiera Messe Munchen, una sola fermata di metro oppure con solo 10 euro di Uber in pochissimi minuti. Per il centro invece servivano circa 20 minuti di metro.
La zona è un po' isolata, ci sono molte fabbriche/abitazioni.

Per raggiungere l'hotel dalla metro c'è un passaggio pedonale per 7/8 minuti a piedi. Anche la sera non è stato un problema farlo. In caso si può allungare la strada passando tra le abitazioni.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per Monaco!

Cons:

La pulizia quotidiana non veniva fatta, solamente dopo 7gg di permanenza continua.
Purtroppo si accumulava polvere e sporcizia per un periodo così lungo.

Le pareti sono poco insonorizzate e si sentono bene i vicini di stanza purtroppo.

Zimmer sind sauber und groß.
