I was very pleased with the location the Hotel was clean ,everyone was very kind

Everything in the whole hotel is excellent I have no complaints except one

Cons:

They only complain I have is there was nowhere to put your clothes take them out of your suitcase there was no drawers you could hang them over the space where the refrigerator was but if you had a cooler or anything you couldn't put your clothes there either so really there was nowhere to hang your clothes or put your clothes that was the only thing everything else was excellent

Great stay
Pros:

Our second time at this particular hotel. Another great stay. Staff, facilities, amenities were once again great. I really like Tru hotels in general. Rooms are nice and they have the best selection for snacks and drinks in the lobby. Also nice activities in the lobby (pool table, games, etc).

Cons:

The rooms at this particular hotel are really small. Get to breakfast early as they seem to stop stocking pretty early.

The Staff was great! The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was a large turbos full of kids and it pretty much overwhelmed. The hotel amenities and also the breakfast was not like the usual tru standard,. No waffle iron.

Clean hotel with breakfast. Decent place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. About an hour from Mt Mitchell. Restaurants within a mile or two.

Cons:

Bad area of town but the property was kept up and didn't seem to have any issues on site. Not really something the hotel could fix.
