Pros:

安くで泊まれて朝食も無料で付いていて、部屋もお風呂も広くて快適でした。

Cons:

上の階の足音と物音が気になったのと、朝食が残念でした。

Locked in my room like a jail.
Pros:

Great room and nice food.

Cons:

I was locked in my room. I called the number to be let out but number engaged for over 10min. I called the hotel from my mobile number but they only spoke Japanese so I could not get out of my room! I had to break the emergency lock to free myself.

総合的には良かったです。
Pros:

部屋が凄く広いので良かったです。サウナが着いていたのも良かったです。

Cons:

お風呂の溜める装置が壊れていたのと、ドライヤーのクシに毛が絡まっているのに清掃済みの袋がかけられていたのが良くなかった。

Bad service and only focusing on extra charges
Cons:

I have never seen the hotel that locked the customer’s room.
Me and my sister arrived at 5:05 PM and we are not allowed to enter the room because my expected arrival time in booking is 6 PM. That is just expected time in option because we have never been to that hotel area before.
When we ask if we can enter the room now or can we choose other available rooms, the receptionist like girl just said about extra fees.
Any questions we ask, she just said about extra fees without clear explanation.
We have to wait in very low light room.
The breakfast can be ordered from the TV inside the room but TV remote doesn’t work and the hotel changed it.
The Wifi also doesn’t work after 2 hour stay.
