Breakfast was fresh and hot. My granddaughter loved the pool. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Room is very nice and clean. Location is good.
We arrived very late and the gentleman who checked this in gave us a room right next to the kitchen. We checked in at 3:30 AM and we were woken up at 5:30 AM by the banging in the kitchen the continued until after 9:30 so we basically got no sleep. Breakfast was only until nine and was worth worthless to us since we were trying to get as much rest as possible. It would’ve been nice to have it available till 10.
The reception was wonderful and warm. Darren went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
This property is like new. Friendly staff, very clean, good breakfast, great quiet location. Good breakfast and workout room.
Stayed at the Fairfield inn in Aberdeen for a little couples get away. We had such an amazing stay here. The area is nice and tucked away from everything which made it very peaceful and serene! All of the associates i encountered were so friendly and kind. Breakfast was so yummy. The bacon was extra crispy (just how i like it, not burnt of course). The room itself provided everything that we needed and smelt nice which made it apparent that it was freshly cleaned. They currently have a little Christmas tree in the lobby which was so cute and welcoming. It didn't look like there were too many guests in the hotel as it was fairly quiet and empty which i truly enjoyed it felt so personal. I would stay here again i felt like i got the bang for my buck. I already am planning a trip back again after the new year!
Camera grande, grande parcheggio, internet perfetta
Colazione scarsa
Le tende (elettriche) non funzionavano, malgrado l ho comunicato alla reception, nessuno ha fatto nulla
In 4 giorni(3 notti) di permanenza, nessuno ha rifatto la camera
Colazione povera
I am a travel advisor and also a Platinum Marriott rewards member. I picked 5
possible locations for the entire family to stay for Thanksgiving and my little cousin picked this place. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I checked in online, that was seamless and easy. I received a mobile key and was able to access my room (#314) with no difficulty. Then the shenanigans started.
We got there at about 1 am after driving from Connecticut and having dinner with our family. So I was dead tired! 1) We got to the room...no linen for the pull out couch. Trip downstairs #1. After better than 5 minutes, the front desk agent hands me a mish mosh of linen and apologizes. I ask if there is water in the room...he says yes and I go back upstairs. 2) There is no water in the room when I get back up with the linen. Trip downstairs #2. The poor front desk agent, who is trying to eat his dinner, gets up again and allows me to take waters. I go back upstairs. By this time, it is close to 1:45 AM. 3) When I get back to the room, my son tells me there are no pillows in all of that linen I brought upstairs. I search all of the cabinets and turn on the rickety heating/cooling unit to cool because the room was on hell. Trip downstairs #3. 3) The man at the front desk tells me he will have to bring me linen because they are kept on the 2nd and 4th floors. I barely get any sleep because the room remains on hell the entire night. I tell my kids to strip so they can get some relief and some sleep...this will become important later.
In the morning, I go to breakfast just to get some hot tea and maybe some protein. Everything is out. The eggs need to be refilled. The waffle maker looks like its never been cleaned, EVER, EVER, EVER. And since there is no batter, I guess that was no big deal. Most of the coffee options are out so people keep walking up expecting to get coffee and just walk away dejectedly. The starch options are sparse and there is no milk. So I wait and wait for things to be refilled...I wait so long that by the time I get back to my room everything is cold. I decide to take a nap since the room has cooled down a bit only to hear the door hit the wall and hear a male voice exclaim something. My kids, who remember are half naked, jump out of their sleep and they panic.
I also panic and call the front desk to ask what happened because I have 4pm check out no one even did the customary *knock knock* "housekeeping" that every hotel does. The manager tells me she will find out what happened. Soon afterwards, the housekeeping manager knocks and apologizes that one of his staff accessed the room. At this point, I am beyond fed up and decide to take my tired, hungry, sleepy a$$ back to Connecticut.
Upon packing the car, I talked to the manager and she apologized for my sh*tty stay and promised to reward me with points for the experience and hoped I would come back. I explained to her that I felt that I had the 'boo boo' room. It was an accessible room, but I do not have any impairments. The bare minimum of linens was provided. Both thermostats were removed from the walls so there was no way to tell HOW hot it was, but to be wringing in sweat while in your underwear is a HUGE tell.
The last straw was me going to get ice for my water bottle. The only floors that have ice are on 2 and 4....and the one on 2 didn't work. I mentioned that on my way out and confirmed I would never ever go back there. I know its a Fairfield, but I have stayed at Days Inn that offered a more luxurious experience that this place. It is an embarrassment to the brand.
I received my "points" it basically amounted to $40...plus a fee of $5 for parking when they don't even know if I had a car. No one asked...Stay away,
I would stay again. Staff was professional and welcomed me upon arrival
Lovely staff and incredible breakfast layout
Breakfast was limited with selection and 50% healthy. Room trash was not removed at all.
We had a great stay at this property. It was convenient for our family to go to the Cal Ripken Experience. Everything was new and clean and the breakfast was delicious.
Traveled for business and this hotel was not up to par for a Marriott branded property. There was black mold and that pink slime gunk in the shower, and the shower head was coated with the pink crap so you get a good dose if you take a shower. The overflow drain in the sink was full of gunk. Even got bit by a bug in the middle of the night (it woke me up). Even before that, when I checked in, I requested a room far from the elevators. Where did they put me? Right next to the elevators. The staff either does not know the hotel or does not care.
The breakfast was terr
