clean, friendly just need a little attention to breakfast selections
Pros:

breakfast could have been a little better. no ice for juice. food was just ok. not hot. but the young lady did an amazing job keeping it full. the fresh fruit was only green oranges and a few apples, no bananas. it would have been nice have hot oatmeal available especially with all the toppings that were offered for the yogert. one last thing maybe flavored cream cheese also, not just the plain. bagels were not fresh they were still partially frozen. staff was amazing thru out our stay

Discriminación y mal procedimiento

La ubicación

Cons:

Una señora que dijo ser la gerente del hotel fue muy desagradable, la última noche a la 1am con niños menores de edad llamó a la policía y nos expulsó del hotel sin ningún motivo, alegando que no quería a nadie de Panamá en ese hotel, lo cual mostró signos de racismo, a día hoy aún no sé el motivo del desalojo del hotel.
Nuestra reservación fue totalmente individual y no grupal.

Que no puedes ir con niños, muy mal manejo. Si vas con niños este no es el lugar, decepcionante el trato.

La ubicación en Aberdeen, amplios estacionamientos, el hotel limpio, bastante cómodo.

Cons:

El mal servicio al cliente baja totalmente la calidad de la estadía, principalmente de la Gerente, necesita capacitación o es un tema de racismo contra latinos y con los niños, no maneja la inteligencia emocional, siempre disgustada, sin empatía, sin cortesía. Exortahamos a los líderes de este hotel que el mismo personal la evalué. Son una cadena prestigiosa y necesitan dar más que solo el nombre. De verdad que es una pena para la cadena.

Si van en grupo, llevan niños, jóvenes y son latinos, el camino para hospedarse es otro.

La habitacion

Cons:

El personal de recepción todos los días molestaron a nuestros niños, son racistas con los latinos, principalmente la manager Figueroa y la recepcionista Heidy... No recomiendo hospedarse en este hotel con niños.
