Pros:

La camera era molto grande, confortevole e molto pulita. Nella cucina c'erano delle bottiglie d'acqua. Gli spazi erano assolutamente ampi anche per una famiglia. Il bagno era con doccia e di dimensioni ottime. Eccellente insonorizzazione dall'esterno. Il check in nell'altra struttura non è scomodo in quanto c'è lo spazio per lasciare momentaneamente la macchina e il trasferimento fino al centro è davvero di pochi minuti. Posizione centralissima.

Cons:

Pur sapendo che avevamo un bambino piccolo ci è stata assegnata una camera con ingresso con gli scalini. Inoltre non ci hanno confermato la disponibilità o meno della culla pertanto non sapevamo se saremmo dovuti partire con il nostro lettino o no. Suggerisco in ultimo di avere delle coperte o dei piumini adeguati alle dimensioni dei lettini per bimbi piccoli.

Pros:

Appartamento confortevole in un bel palazzo in pieno centro storico e di fronte al Teatro Regio. Ottima pulizia.

Cons:

Al check in viene richiesta una cauzione piuttosto elevata indicata sulla prenotazione in una nota per nulla evidente (che hanno fatto fatica a trovare gli stessi operatori del check in), svincolata dopo molti giorni e vari solleciti.

Pleasant but I will not rebook as I believe the defects are quite major
Pros:

The property is very nice, recently refurbished in a very convenient location in the center. The suite was clean although in 3 it lacks a bit of space.

Cons:

Main things for which I am not giving an higher score are: 1) the air conditioning system. We were here in mid of May and lucky enough to find decent sunny wheatear, however it gets way hotter than this and considering the main bed is in the second floor under the roof it gets very hot. The system installed for regulating the temperature is definitely not enough and in summer I am sure this will become a little oven as I was already sweating in May
2) Considering the first point and also the comfort of the bed I slept very badly. I did not find the mattress comfy
