Abbiamo segnalato la prima sera alla reception il mancato funzionamento del termosifone del bagno e ci avevano comunicato che sarebbero intervenuti ma poi nessum intervento e nessuna ulteriore comunicazione da parte della reception.

Avoid, intense smell of smoke
Pros:

Central location, also it could have been a nice property, but it was unbearably smelling of cigarettes.

Cons:

At check-in (in a different hotel about a 10-minute walk from the apartment), we were asked if we smoke - we don’t. We were given room 705, which did not match the photos and smelled strongly of cigarettes.

The odor was so intense that, despite arriving late, we had to open all the windows (it was 7C outside) and leave for a walk at 23:00. It didn’t help. The smell is deeply embedded: bedsheets and towels all smelled like a smoking lounge.

I tried calling the hotel with no response and also contacted them via Booking, but received no reply.

Now even our clothes smell of smoke. This is far below basic hygiene standards. As a frequent traveler, I’ve never experienced anything like this. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Pros:

I just love the fact that is close to the city center and it’s walkable

Cons:

Apartment like this should have items for cleaning because of other that won’t be staying up to 5 nights,like the staff said they only come to clean when you stay to 5 nights it’s insane and I did 4 nights.

Lovely spacious apartment in the city center
Pros:

Lovely apartment in the city center. It’s situated close to all main attractions, galleries, museums, restaurants and shops. Very clean, quiet, cosy and modern. Friendly staff.
