Breakfast was great
Staff friendly and helpful
Cute restaurants in walking distance
Hospital close
Had to call front desk in middle of the night to make someone turn music down. Everyother day housekeeping did not service my room. Front desk personnel were lovely! Great local dining!
The room was clean and very up to date
Very nice decor
Very quiet
Bathroom sink water drain poor. Either stopper not able to open far enough or drain line has blockage in it.
Stayed one night. The room was clean. Breakfast was just ok. I’ve had better hotel breakfast. The guy preparing the food was very friendly which was a plus.
Great place !
Terrible, the walls are very thin people were making noise until 2am and was up at 9:00 back at it again. People in and out the room knocking on the door all night long. No sleep at all. Called the office and they still didn’t stop.
Rooms clean and nice. Walkable to Inner Harbor, Little Italy, Aquarium.
Great room and amenities
Friendly front desk excellent presentation of the lobby, so warm and welcoming
The limited Television channel selection and the fluctuating television volume was the only MINOR issues. Everything else was great.
It was pretty clean. The shower was really nice
Hotel was fairly new and staff was excellent! I would stay here again!
Promptly attended
There was hair in out tub from previous guests. Everything else was fine.
We drove in from NY to Baltimore for a Ravens game. This hotel can be walking distance - about 40mins to M&T bank stadium. Long walk, but much to see on your way there. Fells point (dining, street fairs, bars) is walking distance! Hallway had a mild mildew smell to it but the room was fine! Room was spacious enough & everything was great. Comfortable beds & pillows. Parking garage right in front of the hotel and the hotel validates your parking ticket. Would stay here again!
The staff are helpful, kind and the location is central to all tourist attractions.
I absolutely adored the staff. The staff there and people of Baltimore were lovely. So close to John Hopkins and walkable to a great Italian restaurant!
Tru is a fabulous hotel! Clean, quiet and comfortable. Lovely staff, walking distance to lively old Baltimore, topped off with a delicious breakfast! We truly enjoyed our stay.
The staff was great, the room was very clean, and the hotel is located in a walkable area.
