Uno de los hoteles mas feos en los que me he quedado. Sin aire acondicionado y los cuartos muy calientes. La decoración terrible. Todo mal. No te quedes aqui ni por error.

Califique como terrible realmente no por estar terrible el hotel en si ; sino porque en hoteles .com nadie fue capaz de ayudarme a cancelar cuando me di cuenta que la ubicación estaba a más de hora de donde estaba . Fue mi error pero el soporte de ustedes ese si fue terrible . Pueden ver que después hice otra para Hampton inn . Usaba antes mucho la app ; pero esta experiencia ; porque tendré que pagar por algo que no use , es terrible . Y le di aviso al hotel también y solo se limitó a decime que no era su problema . Que experiencia tan mala

Great stay in Apaseo
Pros:

The rooms were on the bigger side, each of them os different. I had the chance to see four of them and they all looked quite nice. The garden/common area is great for night chats if you are part of a group. The hotel staff was helpful at all times.

Cons:

There is a 10 pm curfew, after this time you must ring the bell to have someone open for you, although this was not a problem, since they were quick to do it.
The parking lot of the hotel is before the hotel, and not clearly marked, so we went around the square a few times before actually being told were it was.
