Cons:

Rooms were small. Reminded me of being on a cruise ship. The toilet seat was loose and you can hear the people in the adjoining rooms.

The contemporary style and high cleanliness standards. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I wish the fitness center was a bit bigger and more well equipped. You can definitely still get some type of workout, but it’s just a bit more challenging. I also thought the breakfast was okay, but not as good as the breakfasts used to be before the pandemic, unfortunately.

Cons:

Very noisy at night to sleep. Appliances made weird noises. I had to turn off the AC at midnight because the noise was horrible. There was no free parking and the app didn't show me that since the beginning.

My stay was good for one night after room exchanged The staff friendly and cooperative.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly, cooperative and cordial.

Cons:

I asked for another room because the first one given had a smell, one bed had small crumbs in it.
The other queen bed had two long reddish curled strings of hair in it. These things were on the mattress' sheets.
