Tru By Hilton St. Petersburg Downtown Central Ave

Keke from valet at the Tru by Hilton Saint Petersburg Downtown Central Ave was phenomenal! Very kind, professional and attractive. By far the best valet service I have ever received from a Hilton. A great first impression and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Keke!!

Perfect location for our visit to watch The Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
Our valet, Nick, was very friendly, had the truck pulled around when we ready to leave and helped me get it loaded.

Stayed at this hotel one night to attend a baseball game and it was great! Valet was great Nick was super friendly and brought out car quickly! Will be staying here again!

Diamond member who never stayed at this brand. I was happily surprised by the brand and this hotel, in particular. Its location so close to Tropicana Field(specifically gate 6 closest) is wonderful. I had called in advance and April helped choose a handicap room for my health needs. Keke(ask about her sweet pet family) and Nick at the valet are truly terrific-as many other reviewers have said. Check in and the lobby are on the 3rd floor, with the Noble tavern(mainly a dinner location) and a market on the 1st. All is super clean and you can see the Trop from the pool/sun deck(seems like you could touch it) and all rooms on that side. Facing Central Ave is interesting, also, and pretty quiet. The pool is a sit in and sun yourself, not swimming. It is actually fun and the sundeck is huge. The fitness center is ok, clean and adequate. The lobby ice machine has disposable ice buckets and a water bottle filling station. There's also a laundry room. Games galore in the open lobby. Breakfast is good-must try the pancake maker,- oatmeal, grits, eggs and sausage every day. Large quik mart around the front desk, with a great variety of food, beverage and other items. Rooms are very clean but know that the Tru brand does not have wall pictures, drawers, closed closets or coffee in the rooms. It works out though. TV is great with a lot of channels and streaming. Small mini fridge that you cannot overload or it won't cool properly. It's the staff that make this inn amazing though. April, Ameer and Brittany at the front desk will help or solve any issue. And David-multi talented, helpful, kind, caring- is seemingly everywhere all the time. It's a great place to stay.

Modern style

Nice modern hotel. Everything was great from Nick the valet to an easy friendly checkin to a nice cozy room. The shuttle was a great feature.

It's our second time here back to Tru by Hilton in St.Petersburg. But this time was different . We got an extra treated by the young lady valet name Keke as soon as we got out from our car . She is a real star! She made us feel like home. All staffs were nice and super friendly. The room was nice and clean and we love our breakfast!

Nick was great! He was very helpful with getting my dog, luggage & everything else it took to get into the room!
