Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, wonderful location, very nice outdoor heated pool.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved would be having a window that opens in the room for fresh air!

Great place to stay with teenagers and a small family dog.
Pros:

The location was great. Free parking. Safe to walk to restaurants, cafes, and museum off of the town square. Very friendly staff at the front desk. They provided dining suggestions that were excellent. We needed extra towels nd they were brought up to our room quickly. An extra cot was also provided upon request as our teenagers did not want to share a bed (we had two queen-size beds). The cot fits in the room just fine—no extra charge for it.
