Staff needs replaced, especially front desk clerks, very rude and lazy!

Cons:

Staff was rude and lazy, took 45 minutes to get checked in and we were only ones there. We asked every morning for clean towels and basically was told your out of luck we don’t have any. Had to get towels from gym and pool to take showers after first day. Breakfast tasted like it had been under heat lamp for days at 7 am, dry and burnt. Pool was super dirty and ice machines worked if you tried for 20 minutes.

It was a disappointing stay.

Location, breakfast

Cons:

Our reservation was for 4 people. There were only 2 pillows for the 4 of us. We were told that other patrons had gotten the pillows and they’d have to try to find us some. Eventually found 2 pillows for us. There wasn’t any linen for the pullout sleeper. Brought it to us after about 30 minutes. There weren’t enough towels for the 4 of us. Again, eventually brought them to us. The toilet stopped up the first time we flushed it. Had to ask for a plunger. The air conditioner never really cooled the room down. The shampoo ran out on the 3rd person to shower. Very disappointing.
