Zum Glück nur für einen Nacht, Danke aber nie wider in diesem Hotel.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, Sie hatten eigentlich Betriebsferien aber wir konnten trotzdem Buchen. Daher war das Personal genervt dass ich da noch aufgetaucht bin. Wenn sie geschlossen haben sollen sie keine Buchungen entgegennehmen, egal über welche Plattform. Die Gäste können nichts dafür.

The location is the only positive but Zweisimmen is such a small town location is irrelevant.

Cons:

Towels were not clean, hair in the shower and on toilet, cups were dusty. So overall I did not have the impression it is clean.
Water was not hot, it's a bit warm but after a day of skiing it was not a relaxing experience. Also it's inconsistent, like you feel it is warming up but then it just gets colder again.
Only two small packs of shower gel are provided. No soap for hands or anything else. This is just ridiculous so you have to buy your own. The hairdryer is also not even worth using. It's more of a fire hazard than anything else. There is a nesspresso machine and a box for cups next to it, but when you open the box it's empty...at least take the box out and don't try to trick people into thinking there's coffee in there...it just annoys the guests even more.

War nicht ganz sauber im Zimmer.
Man konnte nur Pizza essen am Abend( Mangel an Personal in der Hauptsaison). Sehr ENTZÄUSCHEND. Leider war die Pizza auch nicht gut.
