Cons:

Friendy staff but careless. I had a tiny room with a malfunctioning doorlock. The best days of this house seem to be over for quite a while. Overpriced for what you get.

Dieses Hotel werden wir nicht mehr berücksichtigen.
Cons:

Die Betreuung liess zu wünschen übrig, das etwas unübliche Eincheckzeit. Vor allem die telefonischen organisatorischen Gespräche waren sehr mühsam und auch schlussendlich der Empfang um 21h.

Seulement l'emplacement. C'est triste le mauvais service pour un joli hôtel.

Cons:

La personne qui nous a reçu ne nous a pas donné le pass pour le wifi, que n'était non plus affiché dans la chambre. Il nous a dit que le petit déjeuner était à partir de 8h sans dire qu'il fallait réserver la veille, donc il nous a servi seulement un café et un croissant dégueulasse avec la mauvaise humeur et cher.

Check in 2 Stunden offen , und wenn Mann sich dann extra einrichtet und zur Zeit kommt wird Mann auf höchst unfreundliche beleidigende Art und Weise runtergekanzelt, wiederwillig erhält man den Schlüssel… ein absolutes no Go

Pros:

direkt am Bahnhof, aber sehr ruhig in den Zimmern. Das Frühstück war einfach aber gut und vielseitig. Das Hotel ist hundefreundlich.

Zum Glück nur für einen Nacht, Danke aber nie wider in diesem Hotel.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, Sie hatten eigentlich Betriebsferien aber wir konnten trotzdem Buchen. Daher war das Personal genervt dass ich da noch aufgetaucht bin. Wenn sie geschlossen haben sollen sie keine Buchungen entgegennehmen, egal über welche Plattform. Die Gäste können nichts dafür.

The location is the only positive but Zweisimmen is such a small town location is irrelevant.

Cons:

Towels were not clean, hair in the shower and on toilet, cups were dusty. So overall I did not have the impression it is clean.
Water was not hot, it's a bit warm but after a day of skiing it was not a relaxing experience. Also it's inconsistent, like you feel it is warming up but then it just gets colder again.
Only two small packs of shower gel are provided. No soap for hands or anything else. This is just ridiculous so you have to buy your own. The hairdryer is also not even worth using. It's more of a fire hazard than anything else. There is a nesspresso machine and a box for cups next to it, but when you open the box it's empty...at least take the box out and don't try to trick people into thinking there's coffee in there...it just annoys the guests even more.
