The staff was wonderful! However, we looked forward to getting home so we could sleep.
Pros:

1. We liked the decor in the lobby.
2. The staff were exceptional!

Cons:

1. The In and Out line snaked through the parking lot making it difficult to navigate.
2. I guess Hampton Inn no longer routinely offers complimentary water at check in unless your a certain level.
3. There was a homeless community outside the chain link fence of the rear parking lot….. Unable to park in front due to the In and Out line.
4. The first room we were given had the window ajar with duct tape and the air conditioner on the floor. We went back to reception, who were extremely nice and accommodating, and upgraded us to another room. The next room itself was fine, but the air conditioner had chilled the room to the low 60’s. We tried turning the heat on but that didn’t work. It would run for about 5 seconds then turn off then start again. I finally just turned the unit off only to open the door to the room after it became stuffy. Neither myself nor my husband were able to sleep with not only the room temperature and air circulation, but also the noise from the freeway.
5. Breakfast was substandard. No yogurt? Potatoes were empty and the egg thingy’s were weird. The sliced sausage was not very good. The Apple juice was out.

Parking was horrible!!!!!! Too many popular food spots in same SMALL area (like in & out)

Great overall!
Pros:

All good all clean, elegant, a tall ceiling in the front lobby. Breakfast was good.

Great staff, nice rooms
Pros:

Clean rooms lots of space in room. Staff was super helpful with parking issues.

Cons:

Parking was insane! It is right next to In and Out burger so the line blocks parking and the actual parking lot is shared with the surrounding businesses. Very very busy.
