３月に行ったので、空いていたしコスパ抜群。
Pros:

駅の周りには何もないので、ホテルのレストランで食事ができたのはとても助かりました。メニューは普通ですが十分でした。
出発日に室生寺まで行くので荷物を預かってもらえるか確認したら、気持ちよくお引き受けくださいました。駅から極近なので、助かりました。
お風呂は小さいですが、竹があったりして奈良感が良かったです。

二泊三日の奈良観光のベースとして
考えると、とても回りやすくて良い
場所でした。
ちなみに薬師寺方面、東大寺方面
橿原神宮方面、法隆寺方面です。

Cons:

桜井駅前が寂しい感じでした。

桜井地区では一押しの定宿
Pros:

以前は朝食会場が大変混んでいた。作業服を着た人もいたので宿泊者以外も朝食を受け入れていたのだろう。受け入れをやめて会場に余裕ができた。大いに改善されたと思う。料金は個人的には厳しいがインフレの現下受け入れざるを得ないのだろう。

朝食が6時半からだったので、乗りたい電車までかなり急がなくてはいけなくて大変だった
