コストパフォーマンスの優れたビジネスホテル。
Pros:

施設が新しくて、全てが機能的に整っている点と、近鉄とJR桜井駅前なので、アクセスは最高です。夜は駅構内のファミマが有り便利ですし、駅周辺には食事処や居酒屋が豊富に有ります。
基本的に朝食が付きますが、朝のビュッフは品数が豊富で、朝から満足出来る食事が出来るのも有り難いホテルです。

快適なルートイン桜井駅前
Pros:

女風呂にコインランドリーがあるのがよい
朝ごはんもゆっくりできた
茶粥、ソーメン、奈良漬、奈良らしいものがあって美味しいし、よかった
ルートインの手提げ袋がお風呂のとき役に立った

奈良に来たら、桜井駅前ROUTE INN‼️また来るね。
Pros:

・靴を脱いで過ごせる部屋に滞在できたので寛げた。
・朝や夜にもロビーでコーヒーマシーンを使えた。
・駅から近く、アクセスが良かった。
・観光で疲れた体に、大浴場は気持ち良かった。
・朝食が美味しかった。

Cons:

・コーヒーだけでなく、ソフトドリンクもあったら子どもも喜んだ。
・システム障害で？ドコモポイントが貯められなかった。
