Noise level, very heavily treed streets blocking signage for hotel. The hotel right next door looked a little less desirable.
Local maps reflecting food options would have been nice.

Spacious but really needs better cleaning standards

Beautiful lobby and the breakfast food was excellent. Spacious rooms

Cons:

There were chips in our pull out bed... It clearly hasn't been cleaned in a bit. Two stains that looked like old bodily fluids and we're absolutely nasty. My son screamed "ow" walking across the floor when we got to our room and he caught his foot on sometimes old toenail. Definitely not great cleaning standards and if I hadn't been so exhausted I would've packed it up right there. So disgusting. But I think most of the bedding looked clean beyond that and the bathroom, though the shower was small and old, looked clean. I just would expect a higher standard for sure for what I paid.
