滞在から１週間ほど経っても全身の痒みに悩まされている。
Pros:

観光地に近い。歩いて行ける距離に観光スポットがあった。

Cons:

ベッドにおそらくダニが沢山おり、寝ている間に32箇所も刺された。きちんと掃除をして欲しい。

Overall a good place to stay if you are looking for something easy distance from food and the marina
Pros:

It was conveinient, comfortable enough and clean.

Cons:

We requested 2 single beds and they didn't have it available when we arrived. Additionally they mixed up my bookimg with someone else's and tried to get me to pay additional money.

Awfully slow WiFi ruined an otherwise great place
Pros:

Location was great, with the lagoon pool & Esplanade right there, and close to CBD shops restaurants & Woolworths. Rooftop bar/restaurant was great to grab a drink. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

One huge negative: the WiFi was only 15 mbps! In both the room and the rooftop. That is too slow to stream video (it goes for 3 minutes then freezes so you have to relaunch app) or to do Teams calls, and even basic web surfing and loading any graphics on emails took forever. Anything under 50 mbps is simply unacceptable in the 2020s streaming era.

Pros:

What a fantastic hotel. The reception staff were great. Very friendly and replied promptly to my messages prior to our arrival. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent right on the esplanade. The icing on the cake...the roof top bar. Fantastic views.....would definitely recommend.

Het ideale hotel voor een verblijf in Cairns.
Pros:

Het was een hele schone, mooie en rustige accommodatie met vriendelijk personeel en een lekkere keuken. Ik kan het alleen maar aanraden.

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel, but was woken at 6:52am by hammer drilling in the shops below the hotel, and this continued for over an hour.
