Delightful stay in Cairns
Pros:

Everything was fabulous, location, room quality, comfort, staff, rooftop restaurant. A perfect base to explore Cairns and surroundings. We appreciated the very quiet room, comfortable bed and pillows, quality bathroom, large tv complete with selection of free movies. Also the wonderful rooftop restaurant with best view in town and complimentary bottle of wine with dinner. Thank you!

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Great Hotel. Good size comfortable rooms like new. Great location. Stylish roof top bar and dining. Feels like a grown ups hotel

Cons:

No vehicle parking or arrival area but Shields Street works quite well

Newer hotel room great for a short stay!
Pros:

Rooftop bar is amazing; love the newer bathroom with lot of countertop space; nearby The Dairy ice cream / coffee shop has the best ice coffee, ice latte in town!

The internal room is very small

Oaks Cairns the place to relax and enjoy your visit to Cairns
Pros:

Location amazing locate on the busy Cairns Esplanade, room was clean and well presentation beautiful view facing the waterfront! Staff were exceptional from reception staff through to restaurant staff always remembering my name and going the extra step to enhance my stay experience.
Restaurant was first class from breakfast, lunch and dinner thoroughly recommend with amazing views from the Roof Top while you dine!
I will definitely be returning and please look at Oaks Cairns for your next stay in Cairns!

Home away from home, reception staff made me feel like id been a guest 4eva (was my 1st time)
Pros:

All the staff were lovely, cheery, helpful and professional. Loved the rooftop setting 😄 also it was a nice personal touch once again 2 walk in2 ur room n have u welcomed/ur name in the tv screen ... I first came across that in a Munich hotel a few weeks ago. Meal was very nice.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Oaks Cairns Hotel. The price offered excellent value compared to other providers. The location was extremely convenient, making it easy to get around. The room was very clean, and the bathroom stood out in particular—the design and cleanliness were so impressive that it felt as though it had never been used before. I would stay again and recommend for anyone visiting cairns.
