Location in center of tourist area.
No window to outside world so felt enclosed.
Apart from room EVERYTHING else will cost you extra dollars; carpark fee of $20 a night was particularly disappointing.
Fantastic location, beautiful modern rooms, they upgraded us for free which was a lovely surprise
Off street parking
We paid to stay in Oaks however we were contacted and told that our room was not available so we had to go to another hotel where the room/hotel wasn’t as nice. When we brought up our concerns and asked for some sort of compensation, they could only offer us a drinks voucher to use in Oaks hotel.

The pettiness of charges . We paid for breakfast but the food was limited ( to what we could have for our pre paid agreement ) and we would have got much better value just spending that money on the street cafes etc.
we also had to pay much more extra to change dates by 1 week later as couldn’t travel due to Influenza A. The hotel saw fit to use the opportunity to charge at least a 25% surcharge for the date change.
Charging extra for Wifi levels or to have your room cleaned daily, just doesn’t cut it in my opinion.

Très bien situé. Moderne. Bonne literie et salle de bain agréable. Rooftop pour petit déjeuner très appréciable.
Un peu bruyant car rue animée. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer (chambre 106). Pas de vue.
The hotel team were helpful. The location of the hotel is impressive; you've got pretty much everything within walking distance. Even if you are not staying in this hotel, I strongly recommend visiting the rooftop restaurant; the view and the service are amazing.
