It took the staff a ridiculous amount of time to do simple check in procedures, they couldn’t clearly explain where the car park was, instructions were confusing, unhelpful all together

Pros:

Отель располагается в самом центре набережной Все в шаговой доступности и куча ресторанов на любой вкус и кошелек, магазины (в том числе продуктовые и алкогольные) Китайский рынок с фуд кортом. До пирса (чтобы поплыть на ББР пешком 5-6 мин). Прям на против отеля много газовых барбекюшниц с зонами для еды. Сам номер чистый, без посторонних запахов. Белье и полотенца чистые, кофемашина чай, кофе. На верхнем этаже завтракали вкусно и быстро. Однозначно рекомендую!

Fantastic location in a friendly immaculate location for exploring Cairns
Pros:

The location is perfect - the lagoon, esplanade, marina & night market all within minutes.
A lovely receptionist ensured a friendly and smooth check in.
The rooms were clean and well presented
The roof top bar was fabulous with friendly helpful staff
Definitely would recommend and use again if ever fortunate to travel to Oz again!
