Pros:

Excellent stay at Oaks Cairns. The location is perfect, close to the Esplanade, restaurants, and the marina. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Would probably not stay here again due to lack of sleep from noise.

A nice introduction to Cairns stay. Very central to facilities and we were able to walk to marina for our ferry crossing

Great place for a short time stay!

They cancelled my room the day before
Pros:

Ended up staying else where.

Cons:

I got a phone call the day before check in to say they couldn't give me my room because of a maintenance Issue. No alternative was offered.. They gave me a refund but it was very stressful and more expensive to find somewhere else in that location. Extremely disappointing.
