とても良かったです
Pros:

どこに行くにも近くて便利なのと、何より海に近いので景色がよい。
また近くにマクドナルドもあるので、便利。
そして1番良かったのは、スタッフの方々が、とても愛想が良く、親切に対応してもらえました。

Cons:

インターネット環境が悪かったりしたこともありました。
あとは棚の1番上が埃があった

In all very happy with Oaks Cairns, will look forward to my next visit.
Pros:

In all a very pleasant stay, excellent location and staff were so lovely and accommodating due to having to extend my stay an extra night, can’t fault anything :))

Cons:

The jack hammering at 7am in the building next door, could have been given a heads up but really was no issue as my room was far enough away for it not to be bothersome

Pros:

どこに行くにも便利な場所でした。
さらにスタッフの方は明るい方が多く、タクシー手配やタオル交換もスムーズにやっていただけました。
屋上にレストランがあるが、朝食や夕食が美味しいです。

Cons:

インターネット環境があまり良くなくてWi-Fiが繋がりにくかった。

クオリティ、ホスピタリティ、ロケーション、すべて完璧！
Pros:

7時に到着したところ、追加料金なしでアーリーチェックインとして対応してくれ、とても助かりました。事前にアーリーチェックインになるかもしれない旨をメールしていたのがよかったようです。（7時に受付の人が交代するのでその時間以降の到着がおすすめ）2歳児連れだったので、簡易的なおもちゃやお菓子もくれた。また屋上のレストランは景色もクオリティも抜群です！

Cons:

アーリーチェックインだった為か、コーヒーやお茶はあったが、アメニティは何もなかった。あとから歯ブラシをもらえたが、髭剃りなどはなかった。タオルやコーヒー用のミルクまで毎日新しいものがもらえるは良い。エレベーターが1つしかないので、結構待つことが多かった。

Pros:

ロケーションがとても良かったです。どこへ行くのも超絶便利。そして清潔感がありました。

Cons:

チェックアウトの日にWi-Fiが使用できなくなってテレビも映らなくなりました。少し不便でした。
シャワールームがとてもオシャレでしたが、なぜかシャワールームの方が脱衣所より高く作られていたため、ガラスの扉を閉めても多少水が外に漏れてしまって気を使いました。

Great shower, great beds, great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Excellent location right near the Esplanade. Convenient street outside for Uber pick up and drop off. The shower had great pressure; the bed was super comfortable. The property was very clean, and the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The only downside was that the wifi was down when I checked in, but I was advised it would be fixed the next day and it indeed was. I literally can't give negative feedback about anything else - my stay was excellent.
