Lobby and room had unpleasant smells. Found dead bugs behind bed. Spilled ice on the floor used a towel to clean it up, the towel showed how dirty the floor was.
Internet service was NOT available in my room nor in the elevator area on 2nd floor. However I was able to log in on the ground floor but lost the service once I returned to my room on the 2nd floor. At 10pm there wasn't any support system to help me. I'm will report issue to Comfort corp. offices.

Llegue al Comfort Inn mas cercano, tuve que pagar mas del doble del valor, y ni siquiera me cancelaron la primera reservación.
Termine pagando alrededor de $1000 por una noche y 2 habitaciones. gracias booking y comfort... y creo que adios para siempre a ambos

Complementary breakfast was a nice addition for the stay. The dinning area was clean and the food was not your typical standard complementary breakfast, there was eggs, sausage, and waffles options.
My initial room was on the first floor, upon check in the room was very stuffy and had a musty odor. My husband started the shower so we could bath our toddler. After looking around I noticed hair on the toilet, in the toilet, several places in the shower, and the microwave was dirty. I informed the desk about the cleanliness of the room and requested a cleaning. All this was within about 25 minutes of arrival. Was informed that wasn’t an option and management would be made aware and contact me. I proceeded to take photos, videos, and clean. Greater than 24 hours later no call or communication from management. I went to obtain an update and was met by a woman who said she was the manager. After lack of accountability I requested the GM. She then explained she was the general manager, and didn’t want reviews about experience and would not provide corporate number. The entire situation and was met with excuses, blame, and lack of customer service, despite photos and video that showed the time. The initial compensation was that the room be re-cleaned, but bc we placed DND tagged it’s our fault that didn’t happen. I explained the lack of follow up or communication of a plan, again no accountability by Baljinder Kaur (General Manager). I had to suggest monetary compensation and apology. Which I was informed “was coming” but I would only be receiving $10. The apology was followed by but you put a DND tag. There was further debated. At the end I was to receive a credit of 25.52 and new room. Not appropriate but her “final offer”. 2nd RM was better but still dirty and no odor, so I took videos, cleaned, and stayed. The GM involved staff that aggressively confronted my husband regarding our complaint while she watched. The credit was not received at check out and additional pending charge of $124 and some change to my card. At check out I obtain the credit receipt that was created separate to my initial transaction ledger, so I have opened a dispute with my cardholder.

The staff that worked 2nd shift on 4/11/26 and whomever the manager was that wasn’t onsite. The lady double charged my card with no care in the world. The manager would’ve even speak to me. Steady saying was out and about and was busy. Customer service was awful and still haven’t heard anything from management. When I checked out was told I just have to wait for my bank to release it. No apology no nothing.
