The plumbing burst underneath the sink-flooding out into the bedroom. I was told I would be called with some compensation and never heard anything.

Cons:

Balcony furniture old and in disrepair. Bathroom sink emptied very slow. Balcony sliding door was very hard to open, required a call to front desk.

A great stay and play hotel!
Pros:

We loved our stay since the hotel truly provided everything we needed for a rainy day in Jacksonville. The staff were friendly, accessible and efficient. We really liked our room since it was well planned with accoutrements that met all of our needs and roomy.
