We had a great time and it’s a wonderful location. The hotel has gone down in quality since our previous visit two years
Pros:

Amazing beach location, great pool, spacious rooms, comfortable, firm beds. Availability of quality, food and beverage during the day. Good restaurants, service and good maid service. The valet attendants were excellent as well.

Cons:

It was understaffed. The front desk staff was lacking in hospitality. Not surly by any stretch, but they don’t go out of their way. They have let certain things go you can see paint chipping, peeling, etc.

Had an awesome anniversary celebration and can’t wait to come back with my whole family.
Pros:

It felt like I was at a resort in Mexico. Views were stunning, food and drinks were awesome, and everything was so clean. You would think being so close to the beach it would be sandy or something but everywhere was very clean.

Cons:

Wish I could have stayed longer. Also wish the pool was a bit bigger.

We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Great Location, great hotel staff, nice pool with access to bathrooms. It’s just steps from the beach. Great value!

Cons:

Only complaint is limited parking, which is everywhere by the beach and the bartender by the pool area was extremely slow and she was not not very friendly.

We arrived not knowing what to expect, and we left happy and very satisfied.
Pros:

The breakfast croissants were very good. Unfortunately, the ambiance was severely disrupted every time an appliance (refrigerator? a/c?) came on. The noise was bothersome enough that my hard-of hearing husband wanted to take our food elsewhere.
