It was overall good. Not impressed with having to wait till 4:45 to check in.
Pros:

I liked the location. Good amount of towels.

Cons:

Check in was delayed till after 4:30… patio was dirty (old chicken wing and cigarettes) the robe was missing its tie (however listed for $69).

We enjoyed our stay but probably won’t return
Pros:

Properties conveniently located at Jax Beach - within walking distance of so many bars and restaurants. Valet parking was reasonably priced.

Cons:

We reserved a balcony room through booking.com and did not get a balcony. I called down and the man said they were booked and nothing they could do, continually adding because we booked through a third party and they make errors. Got off the phone and clearly saw online they had balcony rooms available. Called back and they said they just had one become available and switched us. Also, they say they are reducing waste, but their coffee condiments are packaged all together in a box. The box is wasteful and then everything you don’t use gets thrown away as well.

Location, restaurant pool,staff ,beach lobby,rooms all were great

Cons:

The cost was pretty high ,for 2 nights my total cost was around $1100 for room food drinks,parking etc

I was looking for an open breakfast. When I made the reservations breakfast was to be included but I paid for the little choices that were available.

Pros:

Great location. Comfortable beds. Nice pool and beach. Bar and restaurant staff very good and friendly.

Cons:

Ran out of pool towels both days. Balcony didn't open by design not clear in room description. Charged almost 400 dollars more than the booking.com rate I reserved. Still figuring that out. The barn style bathroom doors don't shut all the way so privacy was a little bit awkward for all the kids.

Pros:

The location is great, you can walk to several bars and restaurants but the hotel smells and looks old and dirty. There was only one person working the desk to answer calls, check guests in and out, hand out and take pool towels. Being right on the beach is great and the walkability is a plus but there are better, cleaner options.
