overshadowed by constant construction noise with no prior warning and unhelpful, rude reception
Pros:

While the location and facilities were excellent, one of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the constant noise caused by ongoing construction work. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this in advance, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. In addition, the reception staff was not particularly helpful, and their attitude came across as unprofessional and discourteous.

It is unfortunate that I feel compelled to leave this review on Booking.com, but I believe future guests should be made aware of these issues so they can make an informed decision before booking

We weren’t so happy.
Pros:

Location was good, and the complex itself is really nice & pretty. Pool was nice, kids playground was nice.

Cons:

Bedsheets were dirty, one was with a complete burned jron spot.
One curtain was fully torn.
No door on certain showers so water came out, no bath mats at all so the floors became really slippery.
Towels also seemed dirty.
There were ants on the kitchen cabinet.

No regrets
Pros:

Easy check in and out, 3 BR and 3 baths very comfortable and good restaurants downstairs with a convenience store. We drove, so it’s near most places we wanted to go in PJ

Pros:

The house is spacious and clean. Washing machine cum dryer provided. But it doesn’t dry completely. The facilities are amazing. The swimming pool is 190m long. The gym is nicely equipped. It gets crowded during evening time.

Cons:

There’s nowhere to hang drying clothes. Would be great if property provided a hanging rack for clothes after washing.

Always a preferred place to stay for family.
Pros:

Cos it's a new built, the apartments were very clean and the mattresses and pillows were really comfortable and all of us slept like babies even from the first night. The view from the 3-bedroom was really great but non-existent in the 2-bedroom haha

Cons:

Water bottles weren't automatically replenished. I understand if the staff didn't wanna interrupt us and enter the apartments (I booked one 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom) without our knowledge but it wasn't even offered at all for the second and third night. Despite the condo being quite new, the up keeping of the estate doesn't seem great. The trash corner on our level wasn't cleared even after 3 days of staying there and already acquired quite a bad stench despite how new the estate is. And when we'd booked the sauna and steam room in advance at 3pm, we arrived slightly after 3pm to them still being locked and had to look for their security to unlock the facilities. Then, what's the point of booking in advance?

Thoroughly enjoyable and truly value for your money
Pros:

The cleanliness and that everything works. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The shower areas are all functioning properly. The heater was excellent. The aircon was good. The plates and all other cutleries were sparkling clean.

Cons:

The main door can be opened from outside even if you double locked from the inside. So, there was a worry that anyone with a duplicate key can have access to the apartment especially when we were sleeping at night.
