Not very much customer service
Pros:

It up to the Hilton standard

Cons:

Cleaned room every other day. Had to ask for towels and washcloths twice, toilet paper. Is this really a Hilton branded hotel??

This was our second stay here and we were a little disappointed in this one

Cons:

We needed sheets for the pull out couch for our granddaughters we also asked for extra pillows. They brought us 1 pillow and a blanket. We had no sheets and no extra pillows

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room felt old and poorly maintained, with noticeable patches on the walls and cheap-looking paintwork. Overall, it gave the impression that the room had not been properly updated or cared for.

Everything was night and nice and clean, and they have varieties of areas where you can sit down

Cons:

The property is closed most me to everything you can imagine I’m talking about probably like two malls water parks close to restaurants pharmacy food courts like it’s like right in the best area.

Would stay there again next time I am in that area.
Pros:

Overall the facility was clean. Our room on the top floor was quiet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Part of our stay was over a busy weekend and staff kept up with refilling the food and keeping the food and public areas clean.

Cons:

No complaints about our stay.

Pros:

Location and pet friendly, nice efficiency set up

Cons:

Hotel allows dogs but there is no place they can be walked. All the grass areas have signs about dogs not allowed on grass.

Nice hotel with the nicest staff
Pros:

The rooms and the hotel overall were very clean and everything looked like new or recently renovated.
We stayed overnight but for the guests staying longer there's everything: the kitchenette, plates, silverware and even dish soap and dish sponge, everything new and packed.
But what gives this hotel a soul and made me smile every time was the people working here. The staff members are incredibly sweet and friendly and helpful. I can't but mention Jackie who works at the front desk. My son didn't find any hot sauce at the breakfast area (and it wasn't supposed to be there), so Jackie kindly gave him a Tabasco bottle from her personal belongings, how sweet is that!
