Staff was excellent. Room was nice. Decent breakfast

Cons:

Couldn't safely walk anywhere with small children even though the mall was just a few blocks away. Unimpressive pool.but no hot tub. Room was clean but the rug needs to be cleaned not just vacuumed.

Pros:

The room was great with it's mini kitchen and spacious feel! Complimentary breakfast had lots of options and food was very good! Hotel was located within minutes of a variety of things to do and was very well maintained.

Cons:

I was asked about floor preference and didn't have one but in the future I would stay on top floor. Guests above us sounded like they were clumsy elephants. Bathroom was nice but shower felt small and narrow, kept bumping my elbows on the sides while washing my hair.
