Aanrader om Han-sur-Lesse en de grotten te bezoeken
Pros:

De familiekamer was lekker ruim, beter dan verwacht, met nog een tafel met zitbank en stoelen erin. Niet enkel de bedden erin was een aangename verrassing. Het ontbijt was ruim en werd constant aangevuld. De locatie was ideaal om naar de grotten van Han en het bijhorende domein te bezoeken.

Cons:

Helaas de pech dat er een groep oudere Engelsen ook hier net verbleven waardoor het direct een grote groep was die ook aanwezig was bij het ontbijt en het hierdoor heel druk maakte. Maar zoals gezegd, het ontbijtbuffet was voldoende en werd aangevuld.

ontbijt super, avondeten, niet tereden over, bijna geen keuze die voor kinderen is, en ook prijs voor de volwassenen entrecote duur voor wat we gekregen hebben.

Cons:

Lawaai van andere hotelgasten sterk hoorbaar. Slaap je met raam open, de calions.daveren vanaf 6u voorbij.

Parkeren is een gedoe/niet gratis.

Kamer met defecte wc-spoelknop, had moeten.hersteld worden alvorens de kamer.te laten innemen

Une halte parfaite et très confortable
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux dans une salle de restaurant très lumineuse.
L'hotel se situe dans le centre, mais pas de bruit.
Chambre confortable, personnel accueillant et très à l'écoute.

Cons:

Le parking est un peu cher mais très securisé.

Very disappointing
Pros:

First appearance it looked good. Room was nice Went down for waited half hour no sign of food. One of our group went ask about food was told until everyone had stop ordering at bar they won’t serve anyone. 2 hours it took to serve 3. Ourselves meal. From 8.30 to 1030p, we wait to get a drink till after our meal. To get to the bar to be told bar was closed and shut at 10.30pm we were not greeted when we got to the
Restaurant no one came over to say how the system worked or any thing about bar closing. Was so looking forward to coming here But now wished I didn’t bother

Not the best
Pros:

Okay for a quick stop over. Air conditioning was great in the heatwave. Very quiet area at night.

Cons:

The bar area furniture is looking tired and dirty.
Staff spoke very limited English and were rude even when we tried speaking French and German. The pay machine in the carpark was not working.

Cons:

Veel lawaai tijdens het ontbijt van rennende kinderen en mensen die met honden binnen kwamen. De hondenbezitters werden wel gelijk aangesproken dat ze ergens op de voor hun aangewezen plekken moesten zitten. Dat was netjes van het personeel.
