Pros:

On the positive side, the mattresses, pillows, and bed linen were very comfortable, the location is convenient, there are quite a few friendly staff members, and there is a drinking water fountain in the corridor, which is a nice touch.

Cons:

First, the breakfast organization is completely lacking. On Saturday, it was a nightmare. There were constantly no plates, no tea bags, and no space to even place your plate or serve food. The lids for the dishes were not fixed, making it even more inconvenient because your 2 hands are busy (one with a plate, the second with pan lid) and no chance to grab some warm food. The staff was unhelpful — I asked for assistance twice when people were standing around confused with no plates available. I was told they would “check with a colleague,” but nothing was done.

Second, before booking, I specifically asked about bathrobes and was told I could request them at reception. Upon arrival, I was informed that there are no bathrobes available at all. Had I known this, I would have brought my own.

Third, the “kitchen” in the King Suite is, at best, a very poorly equipped kitchenette hidden inside a handle-less cabinet. To open it, you need to go to reception to get a key, and even then it’s very inconvenient to use. The equipment is minimal and of low quality, and cleaning the kitchen comes at an extra charge — an unpleasant surprise.

Fourth, room cleaning is practically nonexistent. While making the bed is not the most important thing, no one cleans dusty surfaces or vacuums sand and dirt near the entrance. You are expected to live with it throughout your stay.

Finally, the room itself is in poor condition. The flooring makes a constant rustling noise when you walk, and the toilet is problematic — the flush keeps running unless you press the button multiple times with the “right” force (not twice as you could expect). The same with a shower in the swimming pool. It keeps running and you can't turn it

Overall, this hotel does not match its price, its 4-star rating, or its description. It feels like no one is truly concerned about guests’ comfort — even basic things like the number of cups in the room do not match the number of guests.

Mooi gelegen hotel wat zeker de moeite waard is

De ligging van het hotel was perfect. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

1 kleine lift voor het hele hotel. De prijs voor het ontbijt was extreem hoog. Het ontbijt was ruim opgezet maar geen €26 waard. Brood en de broodjes waren droog en oud

Location and the pool

Cons:

Room was comfortable but not clean enough upon our first entry. For example i noticed the floor was not all clean, the coffee cups were dirty, the teabags not appropriately refilled, the shower gel was never refilled and we had to pump many times to get some soap for the shower. Also the TV was greeting someone else (sounded weird). The safe was pre locked and couldn’t be unlocked.
Breakfast was chaotic and staff seemed unbothered. For example I asked for breakfast tea sachets, the waitress sent me to the bar but there were still no sachets and when I tried to grab her attention, she didn’t even acknowledge me. I also noticed that certain items would not be replaced once finished (e.g. fresh pineapple).
Finally upon check out, staff did not even bother asking how our stay was. Just basic courtesy.
Small things that could really improve the overall service in what is otherwise a really nice place.

L' accueil et le personnels sont super.
Chambre bien agencée. Terrasse super.

Cons:

Bien que nous avons eu une place de parking dans l établissements avec bornes de recharge.
A ce niveau je pense que c'est trop petit au vus de la établissements .
