Angenehm praktisch in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr schön war das große Bad mit der geräumigen Dusche. Ebenso die Schlafgelegenheit in einer höheren Ebene.

Cons:

Für mich war gewöhnungsbedürftig die teilweise nackte Betonwand. Das ist aber Geschmackssache, es passte zum allgemeinen Stil.

Großzügig geschnitten und alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Cons:

Es war sehr warm im Zimmer, die Luft staut sich schnell. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau 😉

Perfekt für einen Ulmtrip
Pros:

Definitiv ein gut renoviertes Studio mit allem, was man braucht. Schön, wenn man zu dritt reißt, dass es zwei Ebenen sind. Außerdem ist der Parkplatz am Haus für uns ausschlaggebend gewesen.

Cons:

Allerhöchstens, dass es an der Straße liegt und man bei Geräuschempfindlichkeit die Fenster schließen sollte. Dann ist aber alles fein.

Eigentlich gute Unterkunft, nicht aber für 4 Personen
Pros:

Gute Lage, in der Nähe zur Altstadt (Ulm), Badezimmer schön groß, sehr schöne Dusche (wenn auch unschöne Flecken an der Decke), Parkmöglichkeit im Hof (sehr zu empfehlen da in der Nähe kaum Parkplätze)

Cons:

2 der 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten nicht zumutbar (Couch), Couchsessel wird zur Schlafmöglichkeit umgebaut, null Comfort, steht direkt am Fenster zur Straße, ab ca. 6:00 Uhr sehr laut.
Geruch in der Unterkunft sehr unangenehm (Essen?), keine Kaffeemaschine wie beschrieben, Sauberkeit gerade noch akzeptabel
