Very pleasant and relaxing stay
Pros:

The staff are always welcoming, courteous and professional, housekeeping staff included.
The extra security at the doors during events was very appreciated

Cons:

A couple of comped bottles of water in the room would be a nice touch

Great location and great staff! Like to pool and dining options in the hotel.

Nice pool and fitness centre; nice breakfast; convenient to have the Placery as well as carrabenas on site. Friendly staff.

Excellent stay, we highly recommend this property!
Pros:

The hotel felt warm, cozy and calm. Our guestroom was spacious and comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was included in the price, and it was plentiful and delicious. The staff was lovely.

I was over for a medical procedure which required me to be at the hospitalat6. Most hotels offer a medical rate which you didn’t. That is a big disappointment as it is perfectly located

Close proximity to Avenir Centre

Cons:

The only negative was with the room. On booking, I specifically booked a room with a tub. (Accessible room). On checking in the girl asked me if I needed an accessible room. I said no as long as it has a tub as I had 3 grandchildren to bathe. On entering the room, it has a shower, no tub. That was a negative but rather than go back down with all our luggage, we stayed
