Was excellent
The facilities were very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding and the infinity pool on the top floor was amazing with enough room to swim and relax without concern. A wonderful hotel to experience the sights & sounds of Ho Chi Minh fur the first time.
Nothing really except maybe the lifts took a long time to reach their selected destination.

From the doorman, concierge, receptionist, waiters/waitresses service and cleaning staff throughout the whole hotel complex.

Only downside was some tiles missing from the Infinity Pool.
It was an amazing experience, I like the ambience and the atmosphere of being there.

Some guests are not wearing properly during breakfast time.
Rest room at the 25th floor must be kept clean and freshly maintained, so that guests will do necessary personal discipline to cooperate with cleanliness and for the hotel .

The location was good it wasn’t that busy or in the centre or everything. The food was Devine and the staff was the nicest people on earth. The infinity pool was great and the views were impeccable. The restaurant on the top floor was amazing and so old fashioned it felt like I was in the movie ratatouille, the staff literally put the napkin on my legs like what!? No complaints it was great.👍 definitely recommend
