Pros:

Beautiful rooftop pool, good buffet and good location. Service from the manager was exceptionally. Appreciated the help to arrange a birthday surprise set up for my son, some slight hiccups with timing of the cake but the decorations and set up was 10/10 and good value

Excellent Hotel - Highly recommend for all traveller types Business, Families, Solos and Couples.
Pros:

The pool on the rooftop was brilliant as was the food and service there. Our rooms, in the end after requesting a change from a family room, were brilliant. The family room was not so great but the staff couldn't do more to help, which is all you can ask.

Phòng sạch đẹp. Vị trí khách sạn rất thuận tiện để di chuyển các nơi.

Cons:

Gặp một số tranh cãi không cần thiết với nhân viên khách sạn trong quá trình nhận phòng. Kết quả là mình phải ở phòng có hạng phòng thấp hơn một cấp, bù lại thì được lầu cao hơn.

Pros:

It was great, we loved the pool, the location was perfect. Close to airport and war museum, markets etc and can walk around. Lots of spots to eat and drink nearby and a great buffet breakfast. Our room was awesome and clean and we got a free upgrade!

Pros:

Location was terrible and very far from district 1. Nothing around to look at nor experience. Roof top pool was amazing and the only part of the trip that made our stay enjoyable

Cons:

Staff were not interested in making our stay enjoyable. We had stayed at other properties in Vietnam where the service was incredible but at this property we felt like a number.

Pros:

The main reason we got this hotel is because of the pool which we did enjoyed it a lot. Great view and the pool is big!! Staff are friendly and accommodating. I like how they also offer laundry service outside which makes it cheaper than the hotel laundry price. Breakfast was great, lots of options.

Cons:

The elevator was a long wait because it has to go all way the down then come back up to your floor. It won’t just stop at your floor if it’s going down. We always have to wait longer than usual each time.

I’m not sure about the price here, I was charged extra money for my daughter age. Shes 9 years old, not even 9.5 yet. But she was charged extra because she’s “near” 10 years old. I don’t understand how you charge extra for “near”. So she was charged adult price. But i didn’t want to deal with it.
