La vue sur la ville est splendide. La chambre est grande et belle avec un mini balcon.

Cons:

La piscine sur le toit est ouverte à toute personne payant l’entrée : il n’y a pas assez de place autour pour s’installer et chiller pour tout ce monde.

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer, und die Aussicht war ein Traum. Die Lage war auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider absolut in die Jahre gekommen und sehr schmutzig. Im Treppenhaus liefen sogar Kakerlaken. Zudem war der Pool trüb und schmutzig. Überall haben sich Fliesen gelöst, und man musste aufpassen, dass man sich nicht schneidet. Frühstück zwar reichlich, aber qualitativ unter Durchschnitt. Auch das Personal war nicht sehr bemüht. Im Zimmer zerrissene Bettwäsche und das in der President Suite. Eine absolute Frechheit war der VIP Club. Ein dunkler Raum, eine kleine, schlechte Auswahl ans Snacks, Getränke so gut wie keine vorhanden und auch keine Bemühungen, diese nachzuliefern wenn sie aus waren.

Everything. The food/ restaurants were superb.
The Italian restaurant was a stand out with our waiter being very attentive and professional.
Nicky at coceirge was very accommodating and making our experience seamless.

Good service from the workers but hotel is not maintained the best.
Pros:

The pool has a great view, breakfast spread was amazing, bed was massive and comfortable.

Cons:

The pool was falling apart and there weren’t enough lounge chairs for all the hotel. We had to move rooms because our suite didn’t have a shower and the balcony was just an air conditioner.

Recommend for a short stay
Pros:

Easy access to and from the airport, fantastic views and one of the best breakfast buffets. Staff are very friendly. We organised a very late check out at a half day rate and that was handled really well and we’re so glad we did it for a more relaxed departure with late flight. Pool is very large (but quite busy).

Cons:

It’s a big hotel so expect lots of people. The lifts are slow as mentioned by others but not terrible. The age of the hotel is obvious with tired features and pool tiling etc but it’s still worth a try.

Knockout rooftop pool and bar, needs to be seen to be believed.
Pros:

Rooftop pool is stunning! Super location in district 3, easily walkable to district 1. Loved everything here, a super finish to our Vietnam trip.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the room was clean. The pool was fantastic, and I enjoyed my early gym session.
Jena was very lovely to deal with.
I would recommend my family and friends to stay here.

Cons:

I didn't like the sound of the early morning rooster, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Pros:

The views were lovely, and although the hotel isn’t in the city centre, it’s well connected and conveniently close to the airport.

The bed and the shower were great.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite disappointing. Although there was a good variety, the quality of certain items —such as the bread, pastries, cheeses and cold meats— was clearly subpar. The juices weren’t freshly squeezed, and I was told that if I wanted a hot chocolate, I’d have to pay extra for it.

The swimming pool is impressive, with fantastic views. However, there are far too few sun loungers, and in the four days we stayed, we couldn’t find a single one available. Access isn’t very easy either, as you have to climb a lot of stairs.

The room was fine, though the lighting system was a bit complicated, and there wasn’t much wardrobe space.

The lifts are a bit slow, even though there are several of them.
