The hotel lobby looks very nice with the industrial theme and all the plants. It also offers many work spaces. Breakfast was delicious and they had many things, though they were also spread out so you might miss out on things if you don't explore the whole room.
The room layout was fine, though the position of the two bed is a bit awkward if you're traveling as a couple because one bed is directly against the wall. The refrigerator in the room was weak (as usual in hotel rooms) and the TV didn't have any Streaming Apps installed and reset every time you turn it off. The Wifi reach was also spotty in the room, no luck in bed but at least it worked at the table. The room is very quiet at night, you only hear the AC that is a bit on the weak side.

Its a nice hotel close to the airport for an early flight or late arrival.
I stayed there during the heatwave and the AC is not efficient there. It does not cool down the room quickly enough. Need hours and hours and still wont be enough. I however asked for an extra fan which was provided. Otherwise i would struggle. There was a iron I had to use in the room which had burn marks and I ask for a clean one and received another one with burn marks again.
The location of the hotel is good - the tram stop to/from the airport and into the city is about a 2 - 3 minute walk, and trams were very regular (between 5 to 10 minutes between services. There is a choice of 2 small grocery stores about a 3 minute walk. There is also a dedicated area near reception for charging/ using laptops etc and also a nice common area with comfortable seating.
We were there during some of the hottest period this year so far (outside it was 35C daytime),and the air conditioning in the room wasn't really capable of cooling the room to a comfortable level - even overnight it only got the room to somewhere near 25C. The quality of the towels I felt could be better - the shower towels were quite small in size and seemed quite thin.
I also think that a small refrigerator in the room should be standard.

I visit Zurich every now and then for business and it was the first time I chose this particular Radisson hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised to how smoothly everything went compared to my previous stays at other hotels in the area. Special thanks goes out to Sigita for making the check in a breeze and for answering my questions with professionalism and never seeming bothered to help me out.
I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient — close to the airport with grocery shops within walking distance. There is also a big shopping centre only 3 km away. Highly recommended!

After my flight was cancelled, my airline secured my stay at this hotel. The staff was ready for the large group of weary travelers. The rooms were refreshingly cool (especially given the 95 degree temps outside), the rooms large with lovely amenities , and an easy location to the airport. This is a great choice if you are looking to be near the airport.

Atmosphere is really nice the Hotel is a more of a self serve service. No phone in the rooms. Ask at the front desk what you need.
Room, our deluxe apartment is really nice, modern and cozy. Kitchen, sofa all good and modern. The Bathroom door plastics and gaskets need replacement. The only really annoying thing is the old TVs which have no reall good selection of channels. But forget that. The TVs are not even smart TVs cmon Radisson you can do better in the year 2026.
Otherwise the staff os friendly and we liked out stay here. Thank you.
Everything was perfect except the time for check in.
The personal on reception desk was really slow and we had to wait about 30 min to check in. The pillows are not comfortable. Put some different pillows. Everything else was perfect. The breakfast is ok also!
