Mi pareja viaja con insulina y ella es transportada con gel refrigerante, y la insulina debe ser guardada en un frigobar o heladera y el gel refrigerante en Freezer. Solicité esto al llegar al hotel y al dia siguiente cuando fui a buscar el Gel Refrigerante, este no habia sido puesto en freezer y no estaba en condiciones para transportar la insulina. Puse de manifiesto esto a la Recepción y ellos dijeron disculpas, pero eso no me servía, dado que debia transportar la insulina por otras 24 horas, y ademas agregaron, que tal vez el funcionario no entendía la diferencia entre freezer y heladera. LAMENTABLE!!

The room is quite spacious.
Proximity to the airport though there isn't any direct transport to the Zurich HB (main station).
The Italian restaurant next door is nice and the prices are reasonable in Swiss standard.
Good to have two supermarkets nearby.
A big park within walking distance.
Hope breakfast can have more options. Also we had to pay at the hotel counter first and then the staff accompanied us to the restaurant connecting to the hotel.

Das Bett war für 2 sehr klein auch die Decke war sehr klein.
Friendly and professional staff, good location from airport. Clean. all good -would stay again.
