The location was close to friends (so convenient to us) but not particularly close the any city attractions. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful when needed. I also loved the Italian restaurant on the ground floor:)
There’s no telephone in the room, so no way to contact the front desk (other than an email, which the staff do check often). Our mini fridge didn’t work. The staff did arrange to have it replaced as soon as it was possible (sadly not before my milk spoiled, but they were so nice about it that I didn’t mind). They were also very helpful when my sister got sick.
Location for work..a small kitchen is useful for a few days stay. Room size is bigger than others I've stayed in Zurich.

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft für unsere frühe Abreise am Folgetag. In 10 Minuten ist man mit Tram 10 oder 12 am Airport. Herzlicher Empfang, Upgrade in ein Studio in den schönen Hof. Fenster konnten geöffnet werden. 👍
Das Duvet war sehr dünn für im Februar. Wir hätten uns gerne noch ein bisschen Olympia im TV angeschaut. Doch weder SFR 1 und SRF 2, Servicekanal, noch ZDF konnten wir uns anschauen. Wir sind ja hier noch in der Schweiz 🇨🇭

El personal es amable, la habitación estaba limpia y dispone de facilidades varias (plancha, pequeña cocina, armario...)
La ubicación con respecto al Hallenstadion es muy buena, puedes llegar fácilmente en tren o incluso caminando -unos 18 min andando-. (en nuestro caso pasamos la noche después de asistir a un concierto)
Por decir algo:
-La cama era un poco estrecha para dos.
La ventana de nuestra habitación daba al garaje iluminado del edificio de al lado y las luces eran muy intensas, a pesar de las cortinas se filtraba bastante luz y era un poco molesto para dormir.
Lo peor: la ducha sin mampara o cortina ni plato de ducha lo vi un poco inadecuado...fue muy dificil ducharse sin mojarlo todo😅
War nur eine Nacht da ,kann nichts sagen
Für eine Nacht war alles gut, das Zimmer war nicht so gross
Gegen Aufpreis konnten wir von einer Superior Studio Suite in eine Premium Studio Suite umziehen, was sich wirklich ausgezahlt hat.
Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Badezimmer sehr gut.
Die Angestellten waren sehr nett, allerdings sprachen sie fast ausschliesslich nur englisch.
Was man auf den Fotos nicht genau erkennen kann, die extrem kleinen Doppelbetten in der Superior Studio Suite kann man nur von einer Seite her betreten, da auf der anderen Seite das Bett ins Wandregal übergeht.
In der Premium Studio Suite gab es eine Küche mit einem grossen Kühlschrank und zwei Kochplatten. Anfangs fanden wir es befremdlich, dass der Fridge so viel mehr Platz einnahm als die Spühlmaschine. Den Grund erkannten wir, als wir die Schränke öffneten: es gab genau zwei Gabeln, zwei Löffel und zwei Messer. Ausserdem zwei Wassergläser, zwei Weingläser, zwei Teller.
Dass das niemals ausreicht, liegt auf der Hand. Deswegen besorgten wir uns im nahegelegenen Migros Plastikbesteck und Pappteller. Nicht sehr umweltbewusst, aber notwendig, wollte man nicht dauern von Hand abwaschen. Abtrocknen wäre sowieso nicht möglich gewesen, da ein solches Tuch fehlte.
Was für uns als Auslandschweizer ziemlich witzig war: Keiner der Angestellten sprach schweizerdeutsch, einer deutsch und der Rest nur englisch. Die Einzigen, die die einheimische Sprache beherrschten, waren z.T. die Gäste.
