Gret room and location and desk staff.
Pros:

Great location and beautiful room. Wonderful registration staff. Maid service was lackluster but adequate

Cons:

Twice the maid took my second roll of toilet paper and 1-3 items of kitchen supplies such as spoons and cups while I was out. Once it took two days to obtain a second large spoon . Had to request kitchen cloths and towels. Shower could have benefitted from more warm water. It ran out quickly.

Pros:

The hotel is very modern, comfortable beds, showers are in good condition. The hotel is more closer to the tram and bus stops. I recommend you to stay in this hotel if you come to Zurich.
