We chose this hotel it was based on location and pictures online. While I must say the online pictures were spot on. The cleanliness of this hotel could use improvement. The hotel wasn’t dirty. It was dark. They need to work on better lighting for the hallways in the rooms. The beds were hard and the pillows were way too big for the bed and they were also so hard. The furniture in the living space was hard and uncomfortable. The mini fridge was so small. You couldn’t put anything in it for the price we paid per night. I expected more not to mention having to walk six flights of stairs because the elevators were down during our stage. We experienced a blackout for all the other hotels and casinos have power when we went downstairs in the dark to find out what was happeninguu there was no staff in the lobby to tell us what was happening. We did went into the staff member outside the hotel that told us that our room will be compensated by the general manager the next day well, it’s been two days and we have not heard from a general manager, and the payment has posted to our account. However, I must say upon checking out we were greeted by ona. She was very nice and had to give us the truth that the person who had told us that the room will be compensated lied to us. She fixed us a cup of coffee and offered her apology while I appreciate apology, her nice hospitality and understanding how frustrated we were this is completely unacceptable for this hotel and I will never stay here again, and I will tell all my families how awful this experience was for us. I would also like to mention that the supervisor Kendall was the guy we met at the elevator. he happened to BJ stopping live, but not on duty that night. He was nice and courteous however that doesn’t make up for the fact that I had to walk the number of flights of stairs that night as well as seeing a hot room and not be compensated for it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. A family heirloom watch — a gold Gucci bamboo watch that was passed down to me — went missing after housekeeping serviced my room. I had taken it off while showering and knew exactly where I left it. My children knew where it was, too.
I was only gone from the property for about 20 minutes. When I called the front desk to report it and ask for help retrieving it, I was shocked to be told it was no longer there. While I understand a hotel cannot fully control the actions of a dishonest housekeeper, the way the situation was handled was extremely nonchalant and dismissive. It felt as if simply leaving my phone number was supposed to somehow make my property reappear.
What made the situation even worse was the lack of urgency and concern from the front desk staff. There was little effort to investigate or provide meaningful support, which made an already upsetting situation even more disheartening.
Unfortunately, this was a hard lesson learned. Deep down, I had a feeling my watch would never “turn up,” and sadly, I was right. I’ve heard too many stories of guests losing valuable jewelry and personal belongings, and now I understand how real those stories can be. I strongly encourage future guests to secure their valuables and think carefully before leaving anything sentimental or expensive in their rooms.

The rooms are spacious. The beds are like heaven. The showers in the rooms are big enough to dance in!
The only thing I found is the bird that wasn't picked up close to the entry of the hotel. It lay dead for several days before it was removed.
