Pros:

The hotel is nice and centrally located.

Property was very nice very clean

Cons:

There was one lady there. I guess she was a management. She was rude. She needs to find another line of work to get into she’s not good at this one. She seems like she likes giving people a hard time. i’m thinking she must’ve been the manager. She liked Boston everybody around standing there running her mouth instead of doing it herself she needs to be fired like immediately.

The Mgt. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very upscale.

Exceeds expectations
Pros:

Charles at the front desk was very welcoming and a pleasure to talk with.
Reagan in the Sapphire Lounge was so sweet and down to earth.
Joe was our server for breakfast and he was so polite and accommodating.

Cons:

Pillows were a bit too big. Bed was great but the Pillows had my head to high. I wish there was a microwave in the king suite.

Quality accommodation for the price.
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant

Cons:

The Saphire Supper Club, way overpriced for the quality of the food. Plus, charging me $40 to split a steak with my wife was ridiculous.
