Convenient to Shands, pleasant/competent staff, open airy lobby with comfortable seating area, fresh coffee, business center, breakfast area, large comfortable bedroom suite, great bathroom and adjustable temperature adjustment. Breakfast sounds good, but appointments did not allow us to partake.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The sheets had to be changed twice and were still dirty. The room smelled damp and humid, and the elevator and hallways were not clean. When I called the manager for help with my room, he showed up eating popcorn with his mouth open and even dropped popcorn on the floor, which has not been cleaned up since. To make things worse, while I was in the lobby, a man who I believe works at the hotel walked through wet and without a shirt — completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, the cleanliness and professionalism were unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here.

The best hotel we stayed at last week while traveling the panhandle. Large comfortable rooms with sitting area. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great value. Hope they will get rid of the carpeting completely. Most of the flooring is great,
