El olor del restorant que esta abajo está todo impregnado en la habitación, además el parking te cobran casi 8 mil pesos, tampoco te informan de que la losa hay que dejarla lavada, la piscina estaba en manutención, LAS TOALLAS ESTABAN MANCHADAS. Por último que las renueven. Y en recepción no te dan toda la información correspondiente

Localizado próximo à duas estações de trem, bem equipado, cama confortável e espaçoso.

Cons:

O chuveiro era um pouco fraco e demorava a esquentar. Ar condicionado também não esfriava/esquentava o quarto todo. Na recepção pela manhã estava tocando músicas brasileiras de baixo calão (funk com muitos palavrões) que nos deixou desconfortáveis

The Concept does not really work. It’s certainly not a 4-star hotel, but an aparthotel with coworking. It seems to be more tailored towards exchange students living there for a few months by themselves and eating out but never receiving guests (which ist allowed since it’s an hotel). The pool is dirty and all the sunbeds are broken. The rooms are often worn out and dirty despite being relatively new. Not sure what to heute going for.

Cierren ese restaurante -bar, por favor!

La ubicación es buena, zona segura, con muchos comercios
El personal fue amable y la habitación estaba muy bien

Cons:

No pudimos descansar porque en el hotel hay un restaurante que tenía la música muy alta y tuvimos que decir al personal del hotel que por favor la bajaran. Lo hacían pero al cabo de un rato la volvían a subir. Luego cuando cerraron el restaurante-bar, más alla de la la media noche, casi a las 1:00 pararon la música. Luego sobre las 3:00 de la madrugada volvieron a poner música y sería los que terminan el turno mientras limpiaban. Un horror! Además esa música con el mismo fondo musical de bachata o cumbia. Al día siguiente sucedió lo mismo. Muy irritante y arruinó o que hubiera sido una estancia perfecta
