El olor a desagüe de la habitación. Asqueroso

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del metro en una zona segura y tranquila de providencia.
La cama era de gran comodidad y la habitación amplia y equipada como un mini apartamento. Una mesa y utensilios para comer o preparar comida. Ducha agradable en temperatura y forma.
Sonidos del desagüe de otras habitaciones y olores que emanaban del lavaplatos.

Falta mantención en baño de la habitación que me asignaron, agua de la ducha baja con lentitud y se acumula el agua
Camas confortáveis, roupas de cama macias e limpas. Ótima estrutura de eletrodomésticos, louças e outros itens. Localização excelente, café da manhã muito gostoso, comidas frescas, variedade. Decoração e mobiliario bonitos e aconchegantes. Area de lazer bonita, com piscina. Chuveiro muito bom, água quente tanto no chuveiro como na pia.
A limpeza das toalhas. No banheiro havia um vazamento durante o banho que molhava todo o piso. Fez falta mais prateleiras para apoiar itens pessoais dentro do banheiro. Ventilação mecânica não funcionava então ficava muito abafado.

The bed was comfortable and clean . The blinds were perfectly blocking the light and the windows were so Le glazed.
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard expected of a four-star hotel.
After a 24-hour journey, my flight landed at 5:30 am. Before arriving, I sent several emails asking whether an early check-in would be possible, but I received no response. When I arrived at 8 am, I was told that my room was ready and available, yet I would have to pay for an entire additional night to check in early.
First, why were my emails ignored? Had the hotel responded in advance, I could have planned accordingly. Secondly, if the room was already ready and available, charging for an entire extra night seems unreasonable. Even if an additional fee was necessary, a more proportionate charge based on the hours of early access would have been fairer than paying for a full night.
I was also asked to provide a $100 security deposit in cash, something that had never been communicated beforehand. I did not have cash with me, and my card was not working for some reason. Had I been informed in advance, I could have made the necessary arrangements before arriving.
The breakfast was basic, overpriced, and poor value for money. There were plenty of options nearby offering better-quality food at much more reasonable prices.
The room was advertised as having a kitchenette, supposedly allowing guests to prepare their own meals. However, there were no plates or cutlery provided, making the kitchenette practically useless. Who expects guests staying at a four-star hotel to bring their own kitchen essentials?
To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was slow and completely out of service for several hours on one day. Not even a complimentary bottle of water was provided in the room upon check-in.

Abrieron mi habitación 3 veces, fue personal de limpieza, en todas las ocasiones les mencione no requería limpieza por que me acababan de entregar la habitación, creo que tienen un área de oportunidad en temas de comunicación, ya que la habitación ya estaba limpia por eso me la entregaron a las 3 pm, por otro lado, las habitaciones no tienen como asegurar la puerta por dentro, el ruido que se filtra en la habitación es excesivo

Un lugar súper limpio, y en el centro de la ciudad, de fácil acceso a todos los lugares de Santiago.
