NO RESPETAN PRECIOS, TE DEJAN BOTADO y EL PERSONAL NO AYUDA

NADA. Llegue de un largo viaje (Venia de Oceanía), y cuando llegue me cancelaron la reservación, según ellos los datos de mi tarjeta en Booking no les pasaba, pero eso era falso es que no me quería respetar el precio que hice el Booking dos semanas atrás y que te cancelen la reserva a ultima hora. Me dijeron que hablara con Booking que según ellos era un error de ellos, ante lo cual también era mentira. Hablé con la gente de Booking y quisieron hablar con los del Hotel, pero los del Hotel no tuvieron disposición y tampoco me dejaron pagar con mi tarjeta física pero querían cobrarme el triple, que según ellos los habían hackeado su sistema, y eso no es responsabilidad del Huésped. El Personal no me dio solución, la administración tampoco, y Booking tampoco, o sea me dejaron tirado y tuve que buscar un lugar de emergencia y por reservas el mismo día más caro. NADIE SE HACE RESPONSABLE DE ESTO. NO VAYAN A LUGARES ASI.

El desayuno buffet no estaba incluído. En la página se menciona que puede adquirirse a 10 dólares. No es así, se compra en pesos chilenos y luego de la conversión está entre 19 y 20 dólares.
