Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Breakfast was wonderful. Homemade granola, pumpkin bread, eggs done to order, fresh fruit, fresh juice, coffee. And she went out and bought almond milk just for me because she knew I preferred it…because she noticed and asked me. She also arranged good taxis for us and one to take us to a special place we wanted to go. The room we had was perfect in every way. Better than the rooms other travel companions had booked at the BIG name hotels.
Nothing could have been better. Best place I’ve stayed in for years.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Santa Cruz. It is spotlessly clean and incredibly well organised. An absolute gem in a quiet part of town and only 5 minutes walk to restaurants, pier, shops, etc. The owners are lovely and incredibly helpful. Rooms are comfortable and great breakfast. Highly recommended.
予約後、空港から宿までの移動手段の確認をまめにしてくださり、心配せずに済んだ。私はバスを利用したが、問題なくたどり着くことができた。宿はとても静かなことに驚いた。鳥の囀りがとても心地よかった。快適に過ごすことができた。翌日、エクアドルからの時差があることを知らなかったため、朝食時間を間違えてしまったが、早い時間だったのにも関わらず和かに対応していただいた。また、オーナーさんは食事に髪が入らないようにするための帽子やエプロンをきちんとつけて調理してくださったり、フルーツや卵などテーブルまで運んでくださり、といった姿を見て、細やかな配慮が一流だと感じた。部屋には宿泊者に向けた案内のファイルがあり、静かに過ごしたいお客さんに寄り添う宿であることがわかった。次の日はツアーで早朝に出発しなければいけなかったため、持っていける軽食が入った朝食を準備していただいたが、私は座って静かに落ち着いて朝食を食べる方が好きだと思った。最終日、空港までの移動についてバス停までの行き方を聞くと、お客さんでタクシーを利用する人がいるからと、相乗りを提案してくれ、より快適に移動することができた。タクシーの運転手さんからも、ここのオーナーは時間に厳しい、つまり信頼できると伺った。ラテンの国でここまでしっかりと時間管理できていることは珍しいと感じ、日本の感覚を久しぶりに思い出すことができた。空港に着いてから電話があり、財布を宿に忘れていることを教えてくれ、空港まで届けてくれる人を手配していただいた。これは本当にありがたかった。細部まで徹底したホスピタリティは、さすが一流のホテルだ。おそらく一生に一度のガラパゴス旅行。この宿にしてよかったと思った。

Very comfortable room; delicious breakfast; excellent location, a few minutes from the main street and restaurants. Joseline was very nice and provided us everything to give us the best stay. We definitely recommend the hotel.
Blackout curtains in the rooms may be useful cause it gets really clear early in the morning.
