Important information:

Please note that the room assignment is based the number of nights that a guest stays at the hotel. Priority for rooms with balconies will be offered to those that stay longer. Therefore, your room may, or may not, have a balcony depending on the length of your stay at Galapagos Suites.

Please note smoking and drinking alcohol is not permitted in the property.

Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Estancia en Santa Cruz
Pros:

La amplitud de la habitación y que tenía una terraza con hamaca, corría el aire al tener ventanas a varios lados. La habitación súper completa con detalles como un espejo con aumento en el baño, un galán para poner la ropa, etc. Muy buena ubicación cerca de la calle comercial principal donde están la mayoría de restaurantes y tiendas.

Cons:

El desayuno correcto aunque menos variado que el de otros alojamientos de Galápagos donde hemos estado.

Pros:

Habitación amplia con ventanas. Tiene AC y ventilador que no nos hizo falta. Balcón y tendedero.
Nos ayudaron a programar salidas/tours.
Trabajadores muy amables.

Cons:

El precio es altísimo teniendo en cuenta que no tiene ni piscina. El desayuno es escaso y sin variedad. El desayuno box fue pésimo.
Hay escaleras hasta un 2o piso, sin problema solo a tener en cuenta si vas con maletas grandes.

Very comfortable spacious rooms with caring hosts!
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The hosts were so friendly and helpful. I needed to see a doctor about my whilst I was there and they were happy to help and give me directions and check in on me after. My room was very spacious! The bed was very comfortable. They provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner and they have drinking water available at all hours! I had everything I needed during my stay. At breakfast, my food was freshly cooked in the morning with eggs how I liked them. The food was delicious! I would 100% stay again - I recommend if you want a relaxing stay!

La signora Joseline ci ha fatto sentire come a casa! Gentile e disponibile, ci chiamava sempre per nome e questo ci faceva sentire in famiglia.
Ottima colazione, pulizia impeccabile e letto super confortevole.

Un lugar en el que te sientes acogido
Pros:

Joseline es una excelente anfitriona, estuvo siempre atenta para brindar una buena atención y ayudarnos en lo que se pudiera. Las instalaciones del hotel son impecables, está todo muy limpio y ordenado. El desayuno es contundente y se sirve temprano, así que da tiempo a hacer las excursiones o actividades que tengas temprano. Además, está bien ubicado, en 5 minutos ya tienes restaurantes, bares y comercio cerca.

Cons:

Todo nos gustó.

Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, freundliche Gastgeberin, gute Lage. Nebenan befindet sich ein Hostel, in dem manchmal gefeiert wird, aber um 21.00 wird die Musik aus gemacht. Kein Problem.

The property was outstandingly clean, comfortable, safe and in a great location. The breakfast was great and very relaxing in the courtyard.
