The unit was exactly as depicted and I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Top-floor duplex was spacious and quiet. I had a four week stay, and appreciated the cleaning halfway through.

Cons:

The kitchen space was very small, had almost no counter space, and the mini fridge was very small. This was slightly challenging for my monthlong stay.

Pros:

I liked the room and its location. It is very close to the supermarket (Rewe) and public transport. Walking to and from Alexanderplatz became part of our routine.

I found the shared laundry area adequate. I was able to find a vacuum cleaner and a drying rack whenever I needed them.

The staff are very helpful and cooperative. Special thanks to Volter; he fixed our squeaky bed in minutes and was there for us whenever we had a question.

The downsides seemed to outweigh the positives due to the missing items I listed above, but we will remember it fondly as our lovely home during our time in Berlin. Thanks for everything.

Cons:

Things we felt were missing from the room:
* Microwave oven
* Air conditioning
* Window screens to keep out flies/insects
* Basic kitchen essentials (oil, salt, and basic spices)
* A towel rack in the bathroom right next to the sink
* We stayed in Suite 21, a corner unit. I have to say it gets quite noisy when people throw things into the glass recycling bins and when the glass is collected (partly because there is no AC, so the windows have to be left open).
* Having the room cleaned only once every two weeks isn't enough. There is a floor wiper available, but no proper mop set for wet cleaning (something like this: https://www.vileda.de/uebersicht-bodenwischer/wischmops/turbo-komplett-set).

Yes, there is no elevator :)

In summary: it might be challenging for short-term stays.

Ubicación fantástica, buen trato
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal: en una calle agradable, cerca de supermercado y tiendas para productos básicos (como una muy buena panadería), varios transportes e incluso distancia andando a zonas centrales como Unter den Linden. El ambiente en el edificio es agradable y silencioso, además está todo nuevo. La cama es cómoda y los utensilios de cocina están en buenas condiciones. El uso de la lavadora y secadora comunitarias fácil y práctico. El personal muy amable y servicial: en todo momento respondieron a mis dudas y preguntas rápidamente. Sin duda repetiría para una estancia de corta o media duración y lo recomendaría.

Cons:

El edificio no tiene ascensor, como muchos en Berlin, y avisan al hacer la reserva. Hasta aquí, todo bien. Lo que hay que tener en cuenta es que las escaleras son algo angostas y empinadas. Para personas de cierta edad con equipaje, puede resultar incómodo. Hay que ir con la idea.
Sería necesario contar con alguna repisa tanto en la zona de cocina, como en el baño y en la habitación misma para dejar cosas, poder cocinar en condiciones, etc. Esto no supone un gasto, solo pensar en ello y mejoraría mucho la estancia.

Cons:

La calidad del wifi podría ser mejor, y no hay ascensor, entonces, si tienes problemas de movilidad, no es el mejor sitio.

Pros:

I love this neighborhood, access to everything is great. My apartment faced out to the street, which was nice. Volker was incredibly kind and helped me with my luggage :)

Cons:

Some of the walls are thin. The washer dryer set up is convenient although the machine-timer situation is slightly irritating. The bed pillows are extremely uncomfortable and low quality. Simple investment should be made especially for the price that was paid. As I stayed for 3.5 weeks, a basic cleaning was offered after 2 weeks although was not announced and would’ve been helpful to have that confirmation of day and time in advance.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Perfect location, very nice studio - even better than in the photos, very clean and comfortable. Nice building and its entrance with old beautiful stairs. Very friendly and helpful host. Very grateful for early check in possibility.

Cons:

There was nothing like that.

Super zentral gelegene, saubere und gut ausgestattete Suiten-Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Service.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, der Service (Anmeldung, Antworten auf Mails, Anrufe etc.) ebenfalls. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber gut, die Dusche schön groß und heiß Wasser kam schnell.

Cons:

Als wir eintrafen roch es leider nach Rauch, und das in in einem Nichtraucherhaus. Die Verwaltung reagierte sofort und nahm das von uns gemeldete Problem sehr ernst, nach umfangreichem Lüften hatte sich das Thema auch nachhaltig erledigt.
Das Bett ist mit 140cm für zwei Personen doch recht schmal (warum dieses Maß, wo doch eigentlich mehr Platz vorhanden ist), und jedes Umdrehen verursacht Geräusche. Hier könnte gerne etwas investiert werden.
