Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica, está en el barrio de Mitte (centro). El personal es muy amable y atento y te ayudan en lo que necesites. El apartamento tiene lo básico para una estancia de duración media (yo estuve un mes). Tiene zona de lavandería en el sótano, plancha, escoba....

Cons:

No hay ascensor.

Very nice and worth it, but earplugs are necessary.
Pros:

Very nice room and building, kitchen is small but fine to stay for a week.
The location is perfect

Cons:

The walls and especially the doors are not soundproofed at all, every time someone was entering one of the close apartments it sounded like they were opening my door. And during the night you could hear people being on their phones or the alarms of the neighbor

Okay for a short stay .. but due to the fore mentioned .. not ideal for a month
Pros:

Loved the location.. but the apartment itself was restrictive .. I paid way over the odds for my apartment.. it was very small .. I am glad there weren't two people living in there for a month.. The place itself was clean and the owner was very accommodating.. but that said .. if I am living somewhere for a month.. I need more than a hob .. if not an oven at the very least a microwave
