Quiet for how busy it was, pretty clean and welcoming.

Cons:

Could have had more attention to detail on cleanliness of rooms. The bathroom had hair in the shower, on and around the toilet and floor. Also would recommend alot less perfume spray or whatever it was when we entered the room it was over powering.

Pros:

I basically just needed a bed to sleep in after minor surgery. The bed was comfortable and the hallways weren't too noisy. A certain amount of noise is expected. The front desk staff was helpful and seemed like nice people.

Cons:

The continental breakfast wasn't that hot. Naturally the waffles were good as was the topping selections. The eggs, or whatever it was that they call eggs. were absolutely terrible.

Pros:

It was very convenient to have so many options to shop and eat nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a fridge and sink, with some real dishes available.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. When I pulled out the bedding for the fold-out couch, it didn’t smell clean. Pressure in the shower was very minimal.

Pros:

Loved the room. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Beds were very comfortable. Close to restaurants.

Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Location was good. The room was a lot smaller than we anticipated as we have stayed in the same motel in different locations and had much bigger rooms. The pool was freezing and the air in the pool area was cold.

Cons:

The pool and lack of a hot tub. The pool was too cold to play in, the water was cold and so was the air. That would have been okay had there been a hot tub to warm up in or a suana or a steam room. Definetley didn't want to stay in the pool long.

Everything was fine except electrical issues in room.

Staff was very nice.

Cons:

The outlets next to the bed did not work. The USB port did not work as well. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. I thought the dryer was broke so i asked for a new dryer. They brought one up, and I discovered it was the outlet. So I had to dry my hair in the kitchen area without a mirror. The lady who brought the dryer was nice and said she would note the electrical issues when I said the USB port or outlet by the bed didn’t work as well as the bathroom outlet. But no discount given on my room and my phone never charged overnt.

We loved our room minus the noise. The staff was very nice.
Pros:

We liked the amenities and layout.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise that came from other rooms.
The cleaning solution in the lobby, first floor area. Was very strong, not in a good way. If one was allergic to fragrance they could not stay around it. I am not allergic and still found it overpowering. Change it to something lighter and fresh smelling.

Pros:

The lady at the front desk, that checked me in was so nice and asked what brought us here and what our plans were. She also loves Chicago ❤️and that was awesome 😊

Cons:

The shower and the refrigerator needed a good cleaning for sure.
