Pool small very crowded
The Staff was very Friendly. Marcus the chief was amazing He did a great Job with our breakfast and was very interactive with the guest.
The hotel was clean and in a great area of town. The rooms were spacious with a full size refrigerator with freezer.
Staff did not respond to a call informing them that someone was playing rap music at a loud volume all night long. Midnight to eight am. They finally did after another call at 8am, which is a bit late.

Easy to get to and easy check in
The Afr Amer older gentleman (ex military) who works in the lobby and breakfast area. We stayed here a few years ago and he was there then too. We really liked him and I'm glad he was still there this year. He is very personable, helpful with anything you need, makes you feel like you're at home. He's the absolute best. I also love the girls at the front desk. They are very sweet.
We also like that the hotel is DOG FRIENDLY. We very much appreciate the hotel manager allowing us to have our 3 dogs with us (8 pound papillon, 28 pound boykin spaniel, 35lb small Munsterlander). We are a dog performing group that travel the country and need to have all 3 of the dogs with us. Very much appreciate your hotel accommodating us. This was our 2nd stay at your hotel because of that. Thank you.
The beds and pillows were not comfortable to me. My daughter had no complaints for her bed though. Also didn't like the water pressure. The water in the shower at least in our room was not strong at all and it took forever to get all the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. Otherwise, we LOVE how HUGE the rooms are and a great big bathroom as well. We love everything else about the hotel.

The breakfast is not good the bathroom door is a sliding door and it does not have a lock on it the bathroom floors was leaking water from somewhere I don't know where it was coming from I think the seal at the bottom of the bathtub needs to be resealed
Breakfast was cold, omelet and sausage.
Everything was great!
