Wir werden im Frühling wieder kommen.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, alles wurde, wenn leer, aufgefüllt. Die Lage zum Stadt Kern bestens. Sehr ruhige Unterkunft, nur wenige Meter zum Stadtkern.

Cons:

Reservierte Parkplätze am Hotel zu teuer, mit Parkausweis haben wir in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Parkplatz bekommen (mit Parkausweis)

Freundliches Hotel mit Pool
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns besonders auch mit Kind sofort willkommen gefühlt. Den Pool haben wir gern und lang genutzt. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichhaltig, wenn auch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Fußgängerzone und der Kurpark sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Parkplatzsituation ist katastrophal, das gilt aber für ganz Kissingen. Es gibt viel zu wenig Parkplätze am Hotel.

Es gab einige negative Dinge (siehe oben), die ich in anderen Wellnesshotels so nicht erlebt habe.
Pros:

Zum Frühstücksbuffet wurden tiefgefrorene und dann wieder aufgetaute Brötchen gereicht. Das ist in einem Hotel ein nogo. Habe ich so noch nie erlebt.
Und der Frühstücksraum war ungeheizt und dadurch ungemütlich.

Cons:

Um das Dampfbad im Wellnessbereich nutzen zu können, musste man sich vorher anmelden, damit das Dampfbad aufgeheizt wird. Einmal hat das funktioniert und zweimal war das Dampfbad offensichtlich überhaupt nicht angeheizt worden.
Ist in einem so genannten Wellnesshotel auch nicht ideal und unüblich.
