Not quite the place one would choose
Pros:

There was no hot water. We were made to choose between a room with fridge but with a tv that is not working, or a room with a working tv but with no fridge. There was too much construction at the site. The only good thing was that the staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodating under the circumstances.

The first room they gave me without a shower curtain there is no place to put the soap shampoo and conditioner the water gets stagnant when one bathes and they changed my room the bathroom smelled of urine the second room disgusting towels smelled of disgusting oil

The staff are good and friendly. The hotel would be a two star if not for them and the property being oceanfront. The parking is secure. They are pet friendly and had no surcharge for your dog. The hotel has chickens, bunnies, parrots, and a dog. We were content.

The things we liked was how quiet it was. This would be because no one else was staying there.
Also the aquatic life in the swimming pool was an interesting feature. We didn’t get in incase we disturbed them.
The Minimalist shower head was not to our liking, maybe we’re old fashioned. Still prefer a shower head instead of a straight pipe. Oh it was cold water too.
$/sqm for the room put this in the luxurious class.
The place has potential but we didn’t get to experience it yet.

Recomiendo no reservar en linea,el lugar es muy de baja calidad por el precio que cobran, yo no volvería ni se lo recomiendo a nadie, si vas a ir al cuco solo vete y busca en el lugar donde quedarte, yo hubiera encontrado un lugar mejor por la menos de la mitad de lo que me cobraron.
