Pros:

The location was fantastic!! Being right next to the park was a great place to chill & regroup to continue exploring Tokyo. The room was a little disappointing (a little musty & pretty basic) but it was the location which would be why we would choose to stay again!

Lovely staff and amazing location. I left my item in the hotel and they help recover it
Pros:

Very strategic location and you have everything you need around you. We just walked everywhere.

Cons:

Only 2 washer and it is full all the time making it hard to wash. It is located by the rail tracks so if you are a light sleep that might bother you.

Pros:

La localisation est parfaite, à moins de 10min à pied du Shibuya crossing et tous les magasins pour shopping. La vue de la chambre est à couper le souffle, surtout la nuit !

EVERYTHING! Location, design, the view (get a park view room), warm friendly staff, the cafe/coworking vibe, the rooftop bar, and a very fair price.

Cons:

I really have nothing negative to say; it’s not luxury, rooms small (but typical of Tokyo and brilliantly designed space) but is a wonderful place to stay for a few days or a week

Would recommend this hotel for shorts stays if being near the center and location is a priority.
Pros:

Great and convenient location in the heart of Shibuya, walking distance from shopping , restaurants and the subway. Our room had a great picturesque view of the city.

Cons:

The rooms and the bathrooms are extremely tiny and it’s tough to fit in them with luggage. The bed was not comfortable and this did not feel like a 4 star hotel stay. The hotel is attached to MIYASHITA Park which is cool in concept but not really a good spot to be unless you want to be around a bunch of kids filming TikTok’s.

Ideal for short term single stay, 1-2 days
Pros:

Optimum selection, raw material exceed expectation, staff is helpful, food quality meet expectation, view is perfect, near to smoking area.

Cons:

Bigger room for busineas traveller and family vacation, walldrobe will ease the longer stay, bathroom size can be improve, it is a no no for curtain shower partition

On recommande à 100%!
Pros:

Nous avons pris une des plus grandes chambres et il faut reconnaître que pour une fois la chambre était exactement comme l’image sur booking. Pas de surprise et ça fait plaisir!
La chambre était géniale avec un super bain et une douche.
Et l’emplacement était idéal! Entre Shibuya et Harajuku.

Cons:

Les rideaux!
Ils laissent passer la lumière et au Japon le soleil se lève vers 4h30… donc c’est assez pénible.
Et la chambre n’était pas à un étage trop haut alors il y avait pas mal de bruit mais nous ne sommes pas sensibles à ça.
