Worst Hotel Experience Ever

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had from Hilton related hotel. Unfortunately, in planning our Midwest trip, I found a Hilton related hotel in Farmington where we were hiking. If you are hiltonhonors, keep going to St. Louis.

When I checked in at 8:45 PM, I waited at the front desk for more than 15 minutes for someone to come check me in. I called the hotel and the phone simply rang. Finally, someone came in to check us in saying she had been in the laundry. She then tells us there is no hot water. Now that it is after 9:00, I really don't want to drive another hour, plus I figure after hiking all day how bad could a cold shower be. We get the room and the key doesn't work, but when we do finally get in, the AC was not on for the 3rd floor room. I regret staying so I want to forewarn you in your planning, keep going to St. Louis.

Great Except Breakfast Staffing
