MONday Apart UENO-SHIN-OKACHIMACHI

Having a kitchenette and a washer/dryer are a life saver! The rooms are spacious and the staff is extremely helpful! It’s my second time at this location and 3rd time using Monday Apartments! When I return to Japan this will be my “go to”!

Super clean room, helpful staff, great amenities, and the laundry machine was fantastic. 100% would stay there again!

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the room we had was tiny for the 5 of us, we didn’t even have the room to open our luggages. The other thing that annoyed me was the tv, broadcasting Japanese only programs. One or two English speaking channels would be very much appreciated.
The staff was helpful and nice.

Rooms were clean and well equipped. We absolutely loved the location, seemed we were in a special part of the city where you could see locals go about their daily lives.

Loved how clean and quiet the rooma are. We were able to leave our luggage thete after checking out, so we could go on a full day Mt. Fuji tour. Loved that extra accommodation.

Room was decent. Lobby too small with very few sitting area. Front desk service could've been better.

Great for a short stay - all you need in terms of amenities and it’s in a good location.

The rooms are clean but that’s about it. No coffee machine in the rooms. The air conditioning doesn’t work properly . Very hot in the room when it’s 34degC outside. There is no hot water in the shower. Can’t adjust the thermostat in the shower. Only luke warm water coming. I guess this is their way to cool down their cutomers. Do not stay their. .

This property was great. Loved the location. Easy to get around. Great amenities. Wish I had booked this at the start of our vacation.

Nice location and very nice management

Very clean, quiet, all staff were very helpful, nearest station is walkable (Shin-Okachimachi), front desk has free drinking water. Luggage storage is available for free which came in handy coz our flight was in the evening and it gave us an opportunity to roam around without our luggage. I would book again!

Nice, good area, friendly people and helpful

This was the perfect place for our family to stay in Tokyo. It was quiet, clean and located close to the train. There are lots of local restaurants, a 7-11 just a few minutes away. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room was spacious with washer/dryer, mini kitchen and plenty of sleeping and living space. Highly recommend

The beds were very hard and we only had 1 pillow each which was hard and uncomfortable

Modern and clean. Good location. Had some problems with the washer/dryer unit. Took hours to dry a small load.

Amenities were amazing! I love that you have access to a microwave, an oven, and a stove with pans and pots to make some food with that you can get from the markets.

We had a blast and the people who work there were super helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The blackout blinds was not able to keep out all the sunlight from the morning sun. The shade has holes and the bed was right next to it
