Pros:

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from day one, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day.

Although the hotel is located a little farther from the city center, it was an easy and pleasant walk along a straightforward route. I actually enjoyed the daily walks as they gave us a chance to see more of the city.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. A special thank you to the wonderful staff, whose kindness and professionalism made our experience truly incredible!

Nette, ruime kamer op wandelafstand van zee
Pros:

Heel nette kamer. Goede bedden. Op wandelafstand van de nieuwe wandelboulevard, waarlangs je het centrum kan bereiken. Het hotel is rustig gelegen, weg van het drukke centrum. Verzorgd ontbijt.

Cons:

Mooi zicht op zee wordt wat belemmerd door in aanbouw zijnde nieuwe appartementen. Daar kan hotel Citrus natuurlijk weinig aan doen.

Hôtel super propre et surtout personnel incroyable très accueillant et très sociable nous sommes rester 10j et franchement c’était génial petit déjeuner copieux et Mustafa franchement c’est le meilleur je vous conseille fortement cet hôtel sûrement l’un des plus agréable niveau accueil à ksamil ambiance familiale

Pros:

Hotel nuevo y cómodo, Lorena fue muy agradable y simpática. Además el desayuno tipo buffet estaba genial.

Cons:

La ubicación al lado de una gasolinera está un poco alejada de las playas (15-20mins andando). Aun que igual es más rápido pero no es fácil llegar al mar en esa ciudad.

We had a really nice stay at Citrus Hotel. The place is super clean, comfortable, and very well taken care of. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Lorena who was amazing during our stay. She was always kind, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her great attitude really made a difference. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Ksamil!
