It was a lovely stay.
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast. lots of variety. meal was yummy. My kids enjoyed the breakfast and always looked forward to coming downstairs for breakfast.

Cons:

The fact that I had a reservation for 2 nights and I came with my family. After day 1 I had to repeatedly remind the staff to come clean my room. It was not encouraging, given the fact that we enjoyed the rest of the comfort and the complimentary. I suggest improvement on that.

Pros:

Breakfast had a nice selection. We had enjoyed the breakfast here before.
We were in a hurry due to very difficult weather conditions and had to leave early to reach home.
We had a lot of help from the staff due to the weather our handicap conditions and my husbands heart problems.
The reason we stay there is the attention to the customers and the caring manor of the staff.
We were offered a free stay in the city but opted for your accommodations.

Cons:

Nothing we can think of at this time. We will be back.

Pros:

We were doing a girls trip to the St Jacobs Market so the location was perfect. Walking distance to the market, restaurants, outlet mall. Short drive to downtown, Breakfast (included) was very good & ran until 10:00 am!! Staff very friendly & attentive.

Cons:

The pillows in the room were very thin & flat. Not comfortable at all

Pros:

Nice pool, the breakfast could have been better. I found it expensive
It wasn't any different than a lower class hotel. It was clean, pleasant, but nothing over the top

Cons:

I went back to get the water bottles offered by the first staff. I forgot to take them, the second staff hesitated to offer the bottles, I only was given one.
Breakfast was OK, not what I thought the Hampton would provide

We were very happy with the hotel and our room.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were happy to find that after an evening swim, we were able to dry our swimsuits afterwards.

The breakfast buffet was very good. We would stay again.

We will return!
Cons:

my husband does not sleep well and went to the lobby hoping to get a coffee. Unfortunately there was none available.. Not being familiar with the area he did not know where to find one. Just would have been relieved to have found coffee in the lobby, but def not a deal breaker.

Location, space, and amenities lived up to my expectations.
Pros:

The rooms were quite large and very comfortable. There was space for me to work and move around. I also appreciated the breakfast each morning.
