Nous avons logé trois nuits pour notre venue à Coachella. The Cole et très bien situé dans Palm Springs, nous avons fait un petit changement de dernière minute lors de notre réservation j’ai donc dû appeler l’hôtel qui m’a accompagné avec un service excellent !
La chambre est spacieuse, tout est propre, bien insonorisé, confortable, un mauvais choix d’hôtel peut très vite ruiner une expérience comme celle-ci, nous sommes très contents d’avoir logé là-bas.
The pool and the location and the friendly staff

The bed was comfortable and area was quiet
Not a fan of not having a front desk as being from out of country it causes issues with communication. Generally people don’t want to have issues checking in after they have travelled for hours.
The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. Lovely pool area. Nicely remodeled with period pieces and decor!
Ceiling in bathroom needed repairs. Arriving at the door without a person here was frustrating. But, next time, I will be more prepared!

The pool was beautiful. Quiet area .
Bed was really comfortable and room was nice and cool when we arrived. Room was very clean and well equipped.
Sorry the noise from the air con was just too loud . We had to turn the TV up louder to hear it and then was concerned we would be disturbing adjoining rooms.
