Cons:

Faptul că la masă am avut o reducere de 10%, la intrare în restaurant, am anunțat chelnerul, iar la final după ce am achitat nota de plată, reducerea nu s-a mai regăsit. Am solicitat explicații și mi-au răspuns că s a emis bonul și nu mai pot beneficia din reducere.

Some problems with cleaning
Pros:

The room and amenities are very good. The breakfast at their restaurant on the lake is very relaxing. I come to Hotel Insula almost yearly when I want to go to the Romanian seaside.

Cons:

However, the cleanliness of the rooms was less than a 4 star hotel. There were hairs on the floor in the bathroom and the room (probably because of the old and not cleaned mopping device spreading hairs and dirt rather than cleaning it) and the room was rather dusty. Don't know what to say about the towels either - I did not find them on the bed, as one usually does, but in the drawer, so I wasn't very sure how freshly cleaned they were. They didn't smell or anything but still... Although the rooms all feature beautiful balconies, you just cannot sit in there - there is heavy dust on the rails and chairs and the balcony was full of SPIDER WEBS AND SPIDERS. I just couldn't get myself to sit under all those creatures, although I would have wanted to have a drink on the balcony in the evening... The cleaning ladies should take into consideration that the balcony is part of the room and its amenities, you can't just leave it like that.

Un sejur relaxant într-un hotel confortabil

Proprietatea este amplasată aproape de plajă, camera a fost cu vedere spre lac și spre grădină-o panorama excepțională, personalul amabil.
