Quarto bem limpo e organizado. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Ar condicionado bom e silencioso (raro hoje em dia). Cadê da manhã ótimo com bastante variedades.

É muito bom, mas pelo valor da diária tinha de ser melhor!
Pros:

A estrutura do hotel é excelente, era um Ibis e manteve o padrão. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Quarto confortável. Estacionamento amplo e gratuito. Café da manhã da manhã de excelente qualidade.

Cons:

O preço da diária é o mesmo de hotéis de categoria superior, o que prejudica o custo x benefício. O valor da diária tinha que ser mais baixo, em razão do que o hotel não oferece. Não há uma academia, por exemplo, e nem um restaurante para servir refeições à noite. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas tem poucas opções. Não que isso diminua a qualidade da hospedagem, só que pelo mesmo valor da diária há hotéis oferecendo academias muito bem equipadas, café da manhã com muito mais variedade, e restaurante com almoço e jantar.

O hotel em si fica bem localizado e próximo a diversos pontos. O quarto é confortável e atendeu às expectativas para passarmos algumas noites. Tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado no quarto e os funcionários foram prestativos e gentis solicitando a troca para outro.

Cons:

O hotel fica ao lado de uma rua principal da cidade, portanto, em alguns momentos do dia ou da noite há um pouco de barulho, principalmente se você ficar nos quartos de frente para a rua. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, no primeiro quarto o banheiro não estava bem limpo e havia odor, quando trocamos para outro estava um pouco melhor. O Wi-fi quase não funcionou durante nossa estadia, na maior parte do tempo tínhamos que usar os dados móveis do celular.

Cons:

Poderia ter opções para Celíacos, quando solicitei achei que teria algo e tinha somente frutas e um bolo seco. E o café normal para para pessoas sem restrições fraco, sendo que o valor da diária é alto.
