Prachtig verblijf, top service!
Pros:

Het is een prachtig gelegen hotel...hele mooi entree, ruime kamers met keuken, toffe badkamer, leuk uitzicht op de stad/bergen, juist om de hoeke vele winkel-eetgelegendheden. Het personeel is super vriendelijk, de bell boy loopt erbij. Lekker verwelkomingsdrankje, heerlijk en gevarieerd ontbijt! De pooltafel is niet alleen prachtig maar ook heel leuk voor de kids! Zeer stil en rustige buurt!

Agradable y acogedor
Pros:

El lugar es muy acogedor en general. Tanto habitaciones como instalaciones y alrededores.
El personal es muy atento, amable y está pendiente de todo.
La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de todo en la zona sur.

This was a very comfortable place to stay, especxially after long working days.
Pros:

Very nice accommodations and beautiful facility. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Coffee maker at breakfast did not always work. Hot water needed to be reheated.
Often it appeared that I was the only guest in the hotel.

Great hotel in the nicest part of La Paz
Pros:

Location is exceptional for good restaurants and bars. Was a short walk to the teleférico line that will take you all over. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable and the breakfast was great. The staff cared enough to call me to let me know breakfast was ending when they saw I hadn't gone yet.

Cons:

My only negative experience was a cold shower on the first day. I reported it to the staff and they investigated it on the spot and it had already fixed itself.

Modern and very clean hotel
Pros:

Very clean, room spacious, staff provided excellent customer service, good breakfast, central location!

Cons:

Excellent stay except one night…concerts held in the park by the hotel and it was very loud, went into the night and I was unable to sleep!

We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Really beautiful little hotel each room individually decorated with lovely indigenous artwork. My room was huge with a very nice bathroom. Safes in rooms. Breakfast was very nice and staff were terrific. The grounds were a a garden with lots of lavender. Loved my stay there!
