Pros:

L’emplacement, la vue, la gentillesse du personnel, le calme.
Le sentier du littoral pittoresque accessible depuis l’hôtel.
L’espace wellness qui comporte fitness, sauna, hammam.

Cons:

L’impression de luxe qui se dégage au premier regard de l’hôtel et de la chambre se dissipe vite après une examination un peu plus méticuleuse: la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain qui se dévisse, le détecteur de fumée qui clignote dans la chambre la nuit, la qualité irrégulière du ménage (poubelles non vidées et porte de la chambre laissée grande ouverte), le coffre fort inutilisable, le placard qui ne s’ouvre pas à cause de la table de chevet…
Comble de l’insalubrité : les mouettes qui trônent dans la piscine au vu de tous, laissant leurs excréments partout sur le carrelage et les matelas. Interrogé à ce sujet, le personnel nous répond que c’est normal, le faucon pèlerin chargé de les effrayer est absent !

Het ontbijt geweldig, de service zeer gast vriendelijk, hele fijne medewerkers en de locatie fantastisch.
Een paar gedineerd in het Tupuq restaurant verbonden aan het Masana Algarve, in een woord geweldig. Een aanrader!
Ga zeker terug.

Cons:

Door de felle zon, zou een parasol zeer welkom zijn in de tuin van het appartement.
Je kan dan heerlijk de hele dag buiten zitten.

Das Frühstück war perfekt, die Zimmer wunderschön, das Personal sehr freundlich aber diskret. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit viel Ruhe, obwohl Kinder spielen und lachen durften, alles sehr ZEN :)

good staff but mis-sold advertising on beach front access

The room was fine and the staff was very hospitable and courteous

Cons:

The information and photos provided were inaccurate with respect to direct access to the beach. The property has a very difficult/ cliff top access to a very small rocky beach, barely a few meters wide! while it was make to appear that the property has beach front access. The kids were disappointed since we chose the property simply because it appeared it had beach access.

The ultimate stay -clean, welcoming, and unforgettable.
Pros:

The stay was absolutely top-notch. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a thoughtful basket of goods, everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind, smiling, and responsive. The breakfast was honestly one of the best in Europe, and the whole experience felt personal and effortless.

That the vecation ended!

Excellent. We had never stayed in such a nice and clean hotel apartment with stunning views before.
Pros:

Friendly service. Nice pool. A good small restaurant. Very (very!) well equipped kitchen in the apartment. Washing machine, dish washer, etc. Comfortable beds. My wife and I shared a bedroom and our daughter had a sofa bed in the living room. Very comfortable, too. Stunning views from the apartment windows. Convenient on-site parking.

Cons:

There is nothing that we didn't like. Although there is no gym yet, for calisthenics fans there is an exercise area with bars for pull-ups, muscle-ups and other body-weight exercises. Complimentary Pilates classes are offered to guests a couple of mornings a week.
