Extremely rude morning staff on January 11, 2026.
Pros:

Room and facilities were great. No problems there.

Cons:

Will never stay again as we were told they’d honour the noon check out and then at 11am the front desk called and rudely kicked us out even thought the website states a noon check out.

Great Long stay!
Pros:

Great room. I stayed for 10 days in the one bedroom apt. Staff kept the room clean every 3 days and no issues.

Cons:

There is an industrial office right next to the hotel. I heard some noise from the movement of vehicles early in the morning which sometimes disturbed my sleep, but I think it’s bearable

Never assume, as the CUSTOMER and take their answer at face value until proven otherwise.
Pros:

The property was clean.

Cons:

The staff were condescending & made me feel targeted. I brought balloons for my husbands birthday and they immediately gave me a speech about how they don’t allow parties. I advised them I wasn’t having a party. They told me the room can’t indicate that I had a party so there should be no sign of cake or confetti. I advised them I had neither. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

Pros:

The breakfast was really good, the staff is even better very sweet nice and smiles everywhere I would stay there all the time!

Cons:

Nothing our tv didn't work and just like that they moved us no questions asked

We wanted to stay at a decent hotel close to the airport and we did.
Pros:

We arrived later in the evening due to our flight. The Desk person was pleasant, we got to our room and it's a decent size, but a little overpriced, the outside was very nice, needs a little dusting and plants need watering, parking spots were plentiful, and we had no problem with that. We don't require housekeeping services for three days or less, but we did due to our staying 5 days, also there was one sheet of paper towel on the roll, but we went to the desk and was given a new role promptly. I spoke with the manager, he was very concerned and professional regarding a problem we had after we asked someone to clean the room after the third day, just minor ie: clean towels and washcloths, dump garbage, but the communication did not go over very well, so that was a minor issue. The lady at the front desk was very kind and talked to me about our visit, which was for a very sad occasion, other than that it was ok.
