Overpriced and disappointing. Will definitely use other near-airport options in the future.

The property is beautiful and the staff is excellent.

Cons:

From what I could tell, there was only one option for breakfast, so I ended up paying $23.00 for two cups of coffee and a few bites of scrambled egg. I live in Ecuador, and this is more than I pay for most full lunches or dinners - including a glass of wine! A real disappointment

El personal es lo máximo siempre me recibe con todas las atenciones es lo mejor, además el hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto es muy cómodo, sus camas muy cómodas perfectas para dormir y descansar de un largo vuelo antes de continuar a mi ciudad destino

Airport hotel that has great service
Pros:

This hotel is one of the nicest Holiday Inn hotels I have ever stayed at with the best staff.Professional and friendly. Edwin assisted us in arranging a driver for full day. Great food. Highly recommend this property. Chose this location to be close to airport.

very convenient for early morning or late night flights in and out of Quito Mariscal Sucre airport.
Pros:

The staff were fabulous, the rooms are large, comfortable and very clean and it's definitely extremely convenient for flights into and out of Quito Mariscal Sucre airport, especially if its at odd hours.

Cons:

It's also extremely quiet as for external noise, although corridor noise can be quite intrusive. For example, doors banging as other rooms' doors are opened and closed, or people chatting in the corridor.

Cons:

We were there on the weekend and there were many people that were not guests at the hotel in the pool area. There was loud music, kids and the pool was quite full so we didn’t even use the area unfortunately.
