The hotel room is clean and spacious, the bed is very comfortable. There are only three types of breakfast but very deli

Very good breakfast

Cons:

When family members ordered different breakfast, chances are that one person has finished breakfast while others still have no breakfast.

It happened twice during our three night stay.

Excellent mid tier hotel in Kawaguchiko with excellent views of Mt. Fuji!
Pros:

Absolutely fabulous hotel with a direct view of Mt Fuji (if you are lucky to see it)! Very clean property with great breakfast. Very clean rooms!

Cons:

Staff weren't friendly and some were getting annoyed for basic questions. Better training is needed. That said, the staff in the breakfast area were awesome! Attentive polite and quick service. Great job!

優點：窗外就是富士山天氣好時看得非常清楚。缺點：稍微偏僻，有提供車站接送服務，附近有大型超市用超商和餐廳滿方便的，離公車站走路大約5-6分鐘，不介意下公車後稍微走一下的話，還蠻不錯👍

We loved our stay here, and to have Mt Fuji in full, glorious view for the duration of our stay was 👨‍🍳💋
Pros:

We loved our half watermelon room and it was so big! Clean and comfy and bright. Very kind staff, arranged an early ride for us the morning of departure (early) when no taxis were running. Such a perfect end to our Japan adventure

Pros:

Нам достался номер с прямым видом на Фудзи и это было потрясающе! Так же в номере был фрагмент стилизованный под рёкан что добавило колорита нашему проживания и понравилось. Можно орендовать велосипеды прямо в отеле.

Cons:

Не рекомендую брать завтрак, он не очень. Особенно если вы вегетарианец. В комбини можно купить намного вкуснее и дешевле сендвич, в замен того что предложили нам в отеле. Отель довольно устаревший и мебель и сантехника в номерах.

Fantastic hotel in Mt Fuji area
Pros:

Very nice property with excellent views of Mt Fuji! Staff were polite and helpful though a couple were a lil frazzled with a big group checking in at the same time. No complaints at all. Free shuttle to/from the hotel to the station. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very spacious and clean! Water pressure in the shower was great! Loved the very cute decor throughout the hotel. Location wise, it’s perfect - 8 min drive to the station and 15 walk to the Lake. Excellent choice when you are next in town in Lake Kawaguchiko area
