Big room with big & comfy bed with direct view of mt fuji.
Pros:

I can see mt fuji right from my room ( i chose the mountain view type). The room is big, the bed alo big. I also like their rooftop. They have tatami area also in the room. Simple but good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Tv only support local channels ( no youtube / netflix), kinda far from station to walk although they provide free shuttle on certain times.

Good mid tier type accommodation, you can't beat the location with unbeatable views of Mount Fuji when the weather is right. Very clean.

Cons:

Didn't think the female staff member that served us at the front counter was particularly friendly. Also skipped the included breakfast due to poor options.

Pros:

We verbleven in een van de buitenverblijven, een soort iglo geschilderd aan de buitenkant als een meloen. Heel erg leuk. De ruimte was groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden waren goed en alles was schoon en netjes. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en het ontbijt was heerlijk. We hebben twee keer voor de sandwiches gekozen die verrukkelijk waren. Maar het Japanse ontbijt zag er ook prima uit. Buiten had je zicht op Mount Fuji wat natuurlijk erg leuk is (als hij zich niet verstopt achter wolken). Kortom, ik kan het hotel iedereen aanraden.

The hotel room is clean and spacious, the bed is very comfortable. There are only three types of breakfast but very deli

Very good breakfast

Cons:

When family members ordered different breakfast, chances are that one person has finished breakfast while others still have no breakfast.

It happened twice during our three night stay.

Excellent mid tier hotel in Kawaguchiko with excellent views of Mt. Fuji!
Pros:

Absolutely fabulous hotel with a direct view of Mt Fuji (if you are lucky to see it)! Very clean property with great breakfast. Very clean rooms!

Cons:

Staff weren't friendly and some were getting annoyed for basic questions. Better training is needed. That said, the staff in the breakfast area were awesome! Attentive polite and quick service. Great job!

優點：窗外就是富士山天氣好時看得非常清楚。缺點：稍微偏僻，有提供車站接送服務，附近有大型超市用超商和餐廳滿方便的，離公車站走路大約5-6分鐘，不介意下公車後稍微走一下的話，還蠻不錯👍
