We enjoyed HAOSTAY, but found that peaceful rest depends on your neighbors.
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally welcoming, and the facilities were tidy. We enjoyed the set breakfast and had a lovely view of Mt. Fuji from our fairly spacious room. Although we didn't use it, we appreciate that there are a few shuttle times to the main station (in the morning).

Cons:

The primary drawback was that noise carried easily through our room, perhaps due in part to hollow floor spaces in the elevated bathroom and tatami areas. We could hear neighbors walking around, which was problematic when it went on into the late hours of the night, and we could easily hear noise in the halls and doors closing loudly if people were not conscientious. This may be expected in hotels to some degree, but it was notable compared to our other hotels on this trip.

Pros:

頂樓可以免費看山景，櫃檯服務也很棒，中文溝通沒問題喔！第一次來日本自由行，只有這家房內有附瓶裝水🥹而且房內衛生紙也是給大張的，符合台灣人口味。
房間空間也很大，行李箱想怎麼開都可以。
附近有幾個超市、藥局，我在這裡實現了草莓自由，會推薦朋友來住宿喔！

從河口湖站走過來有點距離，晚上路燈較少，黑黑的有點怕怕的

Amazing and money well spent. Will definitely be staying here again
Pros:

Amazing location. The view of Mt Fuji from the rooftop was amazing and the value for money was crazy. The breakfast included was exceptional as well, we tried and the egg sandwich and the tuna sandwich and both were delicious. The staff in the kitchen were great and always willing to help! They also offer a shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko station (we couldn’t catch it due to the times but was handy to have if needed)

Cons:

Would be amazing if the shuttle bus started from 0800hrs rather than 0900hrs as we had to walk in the rain to the station because our bus was at 0900hrs

Pros:

Chambre grande et bien isolée. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème avec le chauffage que nous pouvions régler nous même. Le personnel était particulièrement agréable et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner inclus était une surprise et vraiment copieux. Le roof top évidemment un vrai plus pour cet hôtel.

Cons:

Canapé dans la chambre complètement mort c'est dommage de garder.

Pros:

We LOVED our stay at Haostay! It is in a great location (we didn’t have a car and still found it a walkable distance to everything we needed), the room size was great (as was the view!), the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and it is clean and modern. We hired bikes 2 days which was a great bonus getting around the lakes. We will be staying here again!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful place.
Pros:

Wonderful views of Mt Fuji from our room . Location is ideal a little bit out of town so avoiding the hoards around the train station. Short stroll to the lake.
